    AUTHORThe brothers, Jacob and William Grimm, are famous in the English-speakingworld for their collection generally known as Grimms Fairy Tales, a gatheringof over 200 tales and childrens legends as popular today as when they firstappeared in 1812 in their native state of Hesse in Germany.

    ILLUSTRATOR Sybille Schenker was born 1980 in Nuremberg, Germany. In 2006 Sybillegraduated from art school in Germany. The area of her studies was broadenough to provide her with a strong basis in visual communication andconceptual thinking, but soon she decided to pursue a career in illustration.This aim brought her to New York City in 2007 and to the Masters Pro gramin Illustration at the School of Visual Arts. Since then, Sybille has been work-ing as a freelance illustrator and designer for international clients and hercreative work is mainly dedicated to creating books and illustrations. Sybillenow lives and works in Berlin.
