Sass JordanThere are very few female singers used as an example to describe a sound/style, but Sass Jordan is one of them. A pioneer of female-fronted rock, Sass Jordan is known for her powerful, gritty, blues-infused rock and roll and crowd-pleasing performances, and has received a JUNO award and multiple nominations for ‘Most Promising Female Vocallist of the Year” and “Best Female Vocallist” respectively. Having sold over one million records worldwide, the raspy vocals of this rock sensation are unmistakable and command attention—she has worked alongside fellow rock greats like Aerosmith, the Rolling Stones, AC/DC and Van Halen, among many others. She is best known for hits like “Make You a Believer,” “So Hard,” “You Don’t Have to Remind Me” and “High Road Easy.”

Tyler ShawTyler Shaw is a platinum-selling artist, producer and actor. The Chinese-Canadian released his hit song “Kiss Goodnight” in 2012, and the melodic track quickly hit platinum sales. In 2014 Tyler earned a JUNO Award nomination for ‘Breakthrough Artist of the Year.’ He then went on to release certified gold tracks “House of Cards” and “Wicked,” all from his 2015 debut album Yesterday. Shaw has opened for massive artists such as Shawn Mendes and Alessia Cara, as well as toured with Selena Gomez. Tyler’s latest single, the romantic "With You," was released in July 2018. Prior to that, he released new songs "Anybody Out There" featuring Amaal Nuux in May, and the top ten hit "Cautious" at the beginning of the year.

Nuela CharlesThe powerful, soulful vocals of Edmonton’s own Nuela Charles have captured the attention of listeners across North America and the U.K., with critics comparing her talent to the late Amy Winehouse. Charles is known for singles like “Troublemaker” and her sophomore album, The Grand Hustle, was a 2018 JUNO Award nominee and featured hits like “Crumbling Down”, which was featured on the hit TV show Jane the Virgin.

Paul WoidaEdmonton-based Paul Woida is a talented one-man performer who packs the punch of a multipiece band. Recognized on YouTube for his masterful, creative covers of pop songs, Paul uses his guitar and voice to record layer after layer of music to create a whole new way of hearing your favourite tunes.
