You can provide the data of the employees who are completing tenure in an excel sheet. This excel sheet will be having details of the employee like Name, Years of Service, Email Address, Phone Number and Delivery Address.

This email will contain a form where an employees are asked to enter their current address and required contact details to courier the gift box.

The void report is shared with the HR manager to talk to the employee personally and share the requisite address.

An alternate to Point No. 1 can be –Xoxoday provides a mail merge facility to You where all the employees who are completing tenure in the company will get an automated email wishing them for tenure completion.

The mail merge facility sends 2 to 3 additional reminder emails to the employee reminding to share the delivery address.

An alternate to Point No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 is Xoxoday can courier these experience boxes directly to the regional HR managers and they may pass on the gift box to the employee.
