Information stated in your Essay must be truthful and is subject to verification by Sponsor. Essays must bwritten in English with no more than 150 words. Essays with more than 150 words may be disqualified atSponsor’s discretion. You may nominate as many different individuals as you would like, however, onlyone entry per Nominee is permitted by each Nominator. Subsequent entries received from a Nominator fothe same Nominee will be disqualified. By submitting a Nomination, Nominator represents that the Essaysubmitted is the original work of the Nominator, has never been published, has not previously won anyother contest or award, use thereof does not infringe third party rights, and is suitable for publication, andthat the right to submit the Essay is not restricted by copyright. Essays must not defame or invadepublicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's

personal or proprietary rights. Nominations not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Nocorrespondence regarding Nominations will be entered into with Nominators or Nominees. Nominator unconditionally assigns and transfers to Sponsor all rights, title, interest and claim to the Essay, includingwithout limitation, the copyright therein. Sponsor shall have right to use, alter, assign or dispose of Essayhowever it sees fit, and to grant the right to third parties to use all or portions of the Essays withoutapproval of Nominators.

3. JUDGING CRITERIA: Round 1: On or about 8/16/11 an independent judging organization selected by Sponsor in its solediscretion, will judge all Essays received, based on the following criteria:(50%) Leadership: The Nominee has used influence, ability and resources to effect change.(25%) Sustainable Impact: The Nominee’s work has inspired others on their quest to live positively and/or

inspired long-term behavioral change.(25%) Size/Power of Impact: The scale of impact to the community (size and/or percentage of people).

The thirty (30) highest scoring Essays (provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received) willadvance to Round 2 of judging.

Round 2: The thirty (30) highest scoring Essays from Round 1 of judging will be re-judged on or about8/22/11 by a second panel of qualified judges selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, based on thesame criteria for Round 1, to select the ten (10) potential “Olympic Torchbearers thanks to Coca-Cola” (“Olympic Torchbearers”). The Nominees featured in the top scoring Essays from Round 2 will bedeclared the potential Olympic Torchbearers, subject to verification.

In the event of a tie in either round, the tie will be broken based on the highest score for the Leadershipcriteria. If a tie remains, it will then be broken based on the highest score for Size/Power of Impact criteriaJudges’ decisions are final on all matters relating to this Contest.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): (10) Grand Prizes (to be awarded to theselected Nominees) – a trip for one (1) Olympic Torchbearer and one (1) guest to London, England whereonly the selected Nominee will have the opportunity to be an Olympic Torchbearer at the London 2012Olympic Torch Relay to be held in the vicinity of Oxford, England on or about 7/09/12 – 7/11/12. Actual trdates to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip includes roundtrip coach air transportationfrom a major city near selected Nominee’s home as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion toLondon, England, 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) at Sponsor-specified hotel, ground transportation among airport and hotel and Relay point, and $500 in spending

money. ARV: $7,210. There is no monetary value associated with the Olympic Torchbearers portion of thprize. Actual retail value of trip will depend on airfare fluctuations and point of departure/return. Anydifference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. SelecteNominee must be able to travel on Sponsor-specified dates or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. OlympTorchbearer spot is non-transferable. Selected Nominee and guest must possess required traveldocuments (e.g. valid US Passport) prior to departure and must travel on the same itinerary. If Nominee ia minor in his/her state of residence, the guest of Nominee must be Nominee’s parent or legal guardian.Nominee is age of majority in his/her state of residence, the guest of the Nominee must be the legal age majority in his/her state of residence. Any other expenses related to prize, including but not limited tomeals, gratuities, luggage fees and incidental hotel and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of selected Nominee/parent or legal guardian. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or

greater value. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Prize cannot betransferred by selected Nominee or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the items detailed above, withno substitution of prize by selected Nominee. If a prize element is not available for any reason, theremaining elements of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligation to selected Nomineeand no additional compensation will be awarded. Travel and hotel arrangements to be determined bySponsor, at its sole discretion. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued oncetravel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Sponsor shallhave no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or personproviding any element of Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s control and is not responsible or liable

for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. If selected Nominee chooses to take the trip with nguest (provided that selected Nominee is not a minor), then the remaining elements of the prize shallconstitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligation to selected Nominee and no additional compensation wbe awarded. Only one member of a family or household may be an Olympic Torchbearer selected byCoca-Cola in the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay.

5. NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: Each Potential Olympic Torchbearer (or his/her parent/legalguardian if potential Olympic Torchbearer is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be notifiedby telephone and/or overnight mail. Potential Olympic Torchbearers may be required to consent to abackground check by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify anyindividual whose past conduct might reflect negatively on the Sponsor and/or the IOC, London 2012Olympic Summer Games, the host country or bring the Sponsor into disrepute for any reason. Potential

Olympic Torchbearers who pass Sponsor’s background check will be issued an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release Form which he/she (or his/her parent/legal guardian if potential Olympic Torchbearer is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) must sign and return withfive (5) days of attempted notification. Potential Olympic Torchbearers must provide along with their 

 Affidavit an Official copy of their school transcript for the 2010-2011 academic year. Potential OlympicTorchbearers (or parent/legal guardian where appropriate) must also agree to comply with the LOCOGTorchbearer Participation Terms. These terms may include completion of the LOCOG Torchbearer DetaiForm, providing any other documentation (including proof of identity and address) as required by LOCOGand consenting to all background and/or other security checks, as required by LOCOG. The PublicityRelease includes consent for Sponsor and its Promotional Participants, and those acting under their control to use their names, picture, voice, likeness, home town and the contents of the Essay, for purposes of advertising, trade and promotion, in any manner it shall elect, in any medium now or hereafte

known including, but not limited to, website, television, radio and/or printed materials, worldwide inperpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. OlympicTorchbearers (through parent/legal guardian where appropriate) must agree to be filmed, televised,photographed and/or otherwise recorded in connection with the Torch Relay and make themselvesavailable for media and publicity interviews and photographs, for the purposes of publicizing andpromotion. Nominators of Potential Olympic Torchbearers (or his//her parent/legal guardian if Nominator deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return within five (5) businessdays of attempted notification, a Publicity Release Form, an agreement to be contacted by Sponsor or LOCOG in connection with the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay, and an agreement to be filmed,televised, photographed and/or otherwise recorded in connection with the Torch Relay and makethemselves available for media and publicity interviews and photographs, for the purposes of publicizingand promotion. If the foregoing documents are not executed by the prescribed persons noted therein and

returned timely, or if notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if a participant is found to be ineligible ootherwise not in compliance with these Rules, Contest prize may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Sponsor and at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential Olympic Torchbearer selected in accordancewith these Rules. If a potential Olympic Torchbearer is a minor (as deemed by his/her state of residence)minor’s parent/legal guardian must accompany minor on trip and will be counted as the OlympicTorchbearer guest (subject to satisfactory completion of a background check). Guests of OlympicTorchbearers will be required to consent to a background check. Sponsor reserves the right, at its solediscretion, to refuse to accept any guest whose past conduct might reflect negatively on the sponsor theIOC, London 2012 Olympic Summer Games, and/or the host country or bring the Sponsor into disreputefor any reason. Guests of Olympic Torchbearers will be required to complete a Release of Liability/Publicity Release Form within five (5) days of notification.

 6. GENERAL: All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Olympic Torchbearer. A

federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in this Contest, Nominators agree abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in amatters relating to this Contest. By accepting prize, Olympic Torchbearers waive the right to assert ascost of winning a prize, any and all costs of redemption and any liability which might arise from redeeminor seeking to redeem said prize, or from use, misuse, acceptance or possession of said prize. Bparticipating, and by accepting a prize, Olympic Torchbearers agree to release Sponsor and iPromotional Participants, from any and all liability arising from or in connection with participation in th

Contest, or the awarding, receipt or use of any prize. In the event of cancellation, eligible entries received prior to termination will be judged. The failure of Sponsor to comply with anprovision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, aof public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (exceptincompliance with applicable codes and regulations), or other force majeure event will not be considered breach of these Official Rules. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall the Sponsor or thPromotional Participants be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages thresult from the use of or inability to use the website, or out of any breach of any warranty. This exclusioor limitation of liability will not apply to the extent that any applicable statute prohibits such exclusion olimitation of liability.
