ANALYSIS RESULTS INTRODUCTION: next, you will see charts about our survey about nutrition and the results that this gave to us o we can now how people treats himself and the nutrition that they have in their liFes.

1) HOW MANY TIMES IN A WEEK YOU EAT UNHEALTHY FOOD?

Analysis: 57% of the people eat un healthy food just 1 time and this is good because that is what doctors said but some people eat 2, 3, 4 and 5 so this is not so good.

The sandwiches of the Español are the most delicious way for staying healthy.

2) HOW MANY TIMES IN A MONTH YOU EAT MC. DONALDS?

Analysis: mc Donald’s is very unhealthy food and the 79% eat just 1 and this is ok, this means they eat mc Donald’s 12 days in a year and this is very healthy. But 16% eat more than 1 and this can affect your health.

3) HOW MANY TIMES YOU EAT IN A DAY?

Analysis: is important to eat because it gives you energy and the perfect times are 3, the 70% do this, but eating too much isn’t very good and the 30% do that

ANALYSIS: the 69% prefair healthy food, this is very goodand the 29% likes boh, this is ok but the 2% likes unhealthy food. Is very little but everyone need to prefair helathy food to take care f their body.

Top Ten Tips f or Eating Healthy

1. Ask your doctor how many calories a day is the appropriated amount for staying healthy.

2. Organize well the amount of calories on each food you’re eating so you can eat the breakfast, Lunch and Dinner staying healthy and not consuming to many calories.

3. Eat all of the food groups on every meal. 4. Eat on a balanced way. Not with very big

amounts of food in every meal. 5. Try don’t to eat fast food at least 1 time a

week. And if you can never. 6. Maintain a healthy weight. 7. Don’t forget of what you should eat on

every snack. 8. Just eat things that don’t have many

6 eggs

Salt and pepper

2 tablespoon unsalted butter

8 slice of bread

1.- Break the eggs into the large mixing bowl. Add a little salt and pepper. Beat with the fork until the ingredients are well blended.

2.- Put the butter in the large frying pan. Put the pan on a burner of your stove and turn the heat on to medium. When the butter is melted, pour the egg mixture in to the pan. Turn the heat down to low.

3.- When the egg started to thicken and set, stir them gently with the wooden spoon so the uncooked egg goes to the bottom of the pan do not over stir, though.

Continue cooking and stirring the eggs in this way until they are completely cooked through but still glossy and moist, 5 to 8 minutes.

5.- Remove the pan from the heat. Serve immediately with the bread.

Healthy menú!!!

Breakfast!!! • 1 Orange juice • 2 Boiled eggs • 1 cup of apples • 50 grams of bread

Recipie breackfast!!!

Put in a pot water until it boils and put the 2 eggs on it. Cook for about 3 yo 4 min. cut a apple in little squares squeeze a orange on a glass and have a piece of bread.

Lunch!!! • 8 oz of spaghetti • 4 oz of tomato sauce • 2 cups Water • Garlic bread

Receie lunch!!! Cook the spaghetti with water for about 10 to 15 min buy a can of tomato sauce and add it on your spaghettis. Cut thin slices of bread and add some garlic on it.

Dinner!!! • Lettuce, tomato & mushrooms salad • Orange juice

Recepie dinner!!! Put halve of lettuce on a bowl cut the tomato In thin slices and add some mushrooms. Cut the orange in a halfe and squeeze it until the juice comes of.

Snak!!! • 16 oz of a apples • 16 oz of pine apple • 16 oz of kiwi • 16 ok of grapes • 16 oz of mango • 1 cup of orange juice

Recepie snak!!! cut the fruits into small cubes. Put the orange juice on top of the cutted fruits and enjoy your snak!
