NCLB Integrated Planning/Technical Assistance: Title I, TII, TIII Update on 2009-10 Approaches & Virtual Events

The effort of the department is trying to align all titles, and the plans and implementation and readjustments are aligned to one another.

Single letter Sept. 25, to all superintendent that receive Title I, II, III and information on status of each. One letter will address all, then direct people to the appropriate website. The websites all aligned, their should be links to each from the websites.

CMA results won’t be coming in ‘til November, some status of districts will be delayed, CMA results may not change results, so those districts may want to notice their parents rather than wait ‘til November.

Under PI, LEAs have three months Sept 18 to Dec 18, when you look at due dates, four months. Final approval Jan. 18. CDE recommending Title I and Title III work together.
