Mostcommondiskconfigurationusedforallgluedinliners (over0.200”-.5mmthick)aswellaslinersthatareinstalledunder a retention feature, or threads, in the cap.

Originally developed to offer retention properties for installing oversize, non-glued in-disks into a cap, which is unscrewed off the mold. It also offers centering properties, which enhance the induction sealing process by having the disk centered on the container land area during sealing. In addition, it offers a removal feature for induction sealed foils.

A single protruding tab which is folded back during the cap lining process. This tab offers convenient removal for induction sealed foils.

Eachofourmachinesiscapableofhavingtwomaterials(ofthesamediameter)installed into the closure in one pass through the machine. The materials are fed together through the machine to the punching station where they are punched together into the closure.

Itisusedinspeciallydesignedcapsthathaveadispensingfeatureororifice. The donut shape helps prevent leaks and still allows product to be dispensed.
