According to the Federal PAC Regulations, only personal checks from U.S. citizens may be accepted as payment for these items. Your PAC contribution is not tax deductible. Items will not be released until payment is received by LMA.

This auction is held to benefit the Livestock Marketing Association’s Political Action Committee (PAC). The PAC allows Livestock Marketing Association to give financial assistance to legislators and candidates who are supportive of the best interest of LMA members and the livestock industry.

1. Sell at Market Three Painting Set This colorful one-of-a-kind painting set commissioned by LMA includes three paintings. One of an auctioneer, one of a steer, and a third of the sweetest word you’ll ever hear - “sold!” Paintings by The South Pasture owner Kenzie Curran.

2. Kentucky Proud Basket This is the ultimate welcome to Kentucky provided by the 2016 WLAC host market Paris Stockyards. Kentucky proud basket includes Woodford Reserve Straight Kentucky Bourbon, Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale, Wildside Winery Blackberry Wine, Smith-Berry Winery Bluegrass Blush, “Got Bourbon” Glass, True Kentucky Popcorn, Hot Green Tomato Relish, Sav’s Pimento Habanero Sauce, Rattlesnake Hill Farm Roasted Garlic Glaze, Weisenberger Raspberry Muffin Mix, Woodford Reserve Bourbon Caramels, Smoke Doctors All American Meat Rub, Strawberry Wine Jelly, Kentucky Bourbon Caramel Sauce, DB Bourbon Candy, Devil John Moonshine BBQ Sauce, Makers Mark Bourbon Sauce, Horseshoe used at Churchill Downs, Bevs Peanut Brittle, and a horse bottle opener.

3. Derby Trip It’s off to the races! Tickets for four to the 2017 Kentucky Derby sitting in the Grandstand plus four general admission tickets to experience the infield for the Kentucky Oaks races the day before the Derby. Package includes two rooms for two nights (arriving Friday, May 5 and Departing Sunday, May 7) at the Garden Inn in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, located approximately 15 miles from Churchill Downs. Winners not needing hotel accommodations can substitute in a $800 credit to spend as they see fit. Buyer will be responsible for their own airfare and/or ground transportation to hotel, but LMA can help coordinate.

4. Big Country Farm Toys Ultimate Ranch Set A cattle kid’s dream! This Big Country Farm Toys ultimate ranch set includes 1 Ford F250 crew cab dually truck, 1 Sundowner horse/stock trailer, 1 flatbed trailer, 24 panels, 4 walk through gates, 2 cowboys, 2 roping horses with saddles, 2 Charolais cow calf pairs, 2 Angus cow calf pairs, 2 Longhorn cow calf pairs, 2 Hereford cow calf pairs, 2 black baldy cow calf pairs, 2 roping steers, 1 Angus bull, 1 Quarter Horse mare, 1 Quarter Horse colt, 1 squeeze chute, 2 hay bales, 2 hay rings, 2 feed troughs, 2 water troughs, 1 Aeromotor windmill. Also included is a toy box to haul all your Big Country Farm Toys around. Then, when you are ready to play, just unzip the corners and play on the two different scenes (rodeo arena or ranch scene). Items bought separately retail at greater than $450.

5. Custom Greeley Hat Works Hat Put a lid on it! One hundred percent beaver custom cowboy hat. Buyer will select brim size, color, liner, sweat band and hat band. Since 1909, Greeley Hat Works has been creating and renovating fine quality headwear, built one at a time, by hand. In addition to skill and craftsmanship, the integrity of the materials used is second to none and the foundation of lasting quality. In 2002, Greeley Hat Works built a custom hat for President George W. Bush that was presented to him at the NCBA convention. 6. Jewelry & Purse Combo Set Flaunt cowgirl chic style with this brown boot top designed handbag with decorative cross. Package also includes fun mix and match silver jewelry set featuring wine corks and interchangeable charms.

7. Royals & Golf Weekend Play ball! Baseball, golf, and access to all that Kansas City has to offer await you with this vacation package. Buyer will receive four prime tickets to a Kansas City Royals home game and a round of golf for four at the finest private golf club in Kansas City. Baseball tickets are for home game of choice to be coordinated with LMA. The National, a Tom Watson signature design course has been recognized as a top 100 golf community. Package includes two nights hotel accommodations in either the Country Club Plaza shopping district or the Power & Light entertainment district, in addition to the baseball tickets and course fee. New this year, the winner also receives a large blue golf shirt embroidered with the LMA logo. Ground / Air transportation is not included but LMA will assist you in making any arrangements needed.

8. Decorative Whiskey Bottle Holder & Bottle of WhiskeyWestern style meets functionality with this whiskey bottle holder hand crafted by Montana Bunkhouse Designs. The holder is crafted out of horseshoes in the shape of a bronc rider. Package includes a bottle of experimental Whiskey from Hartfield & Co., a Bourbon County Distillery in Paris, Kentucky. The Whiskey is Experimental Collection #2 - New American White Oak with European Oak Finish. Package also includes two whiskey glasses with LMA logo.

9. LMA Quilt LMA Marketeers and Kids Day T Shirts from 2005 to 2015 have been made into an animal themed King Size quilt designed and sewn by LMA’s own Christine Westberg. The quilt has been long arm machine stitched with a western boot and hat pattern and embellished with sequined animal appliqués.

10. Metal Hanging Welcome visitors to your home or market in style with this metal hanging welcome sign featuring cowboys on horseback. Donated by the Iowa LMA.

11. NFR Trip Take that well deserved break and head to Vegas for the 2016 National Finals Rodeo. Package includes prime tickets for two people for two performances at the 2016 NFR donated by Bobby Smith of Fairview Sale Barn, Fairview, Oklahoma, and three nights hotel accommodations in Las Vegas sponsored by the markets of the Oklahoma Livestock Marketing Association. Winner can select tickets for the Tuesday and Wednesday (December 6 & 7) or Wednesday and Thursday (December 7 & 8) performances. Tickets are prime front row balcony seats with no obstacles blocking the rodeo action. Hotel accommodations will be at the Mirage Resort & Casino, a leading Las Vegas Strip hotel. Buyer may chose hotel stay date preferences for three nights surrounding the performances. Buyer will be responsible for their own airfare and/or ground transportation to hotel, but LMA can help coordinate.

12. Hand Made Headstall Whoa! Don’t miss out on this hand-braided headstall and split reins with poppers. Braided from kangaroo with decorative knots, horsehair tassels, and brow band. Donated by the Nebraska Livestock Markets Association. The handmade bit has raised lettering overlayed on the sides of both shanks signifying WLAC 2016. Donated by the Wyoming Livestock Marketing Association.

13. Reserve Spots at WLAC What would you pay to be guaranteed a prime seat for the 53rd anniversary World Livestock Auctioneer Championship? This bundle includes two reserved seats at Paris Stockyards during the championship, two souvenir hats, two t-shirts (pending size availability), and concierge service by your LMA staff on sale day.

14. Steak & Mint Julep Basket This donation from Albert & Susan Epperly includes everything needed to watch the horses run - a bottle of Woodford Reserve, 4 high ball glasses, mint, and 4 Certified Angus Beef Sirloin Steaks. Plus a Derby hat to top it all off! The CAB steaks will be shipped to the buyer’s home.

15. Jewelry Set Two sets of stunning jewelry crafted by LMA’s own Lea Jones. The first set includes a variety of earth tone brown, green, and blue jewels and includes two necklaces, which can be worn together or separate, a bracelet, and three earing options. Additionally, the package includes a peach jewelry set - one of this season’s hottest colors!

16. Montana Fly Fishing & Prairie Dog Hunting TripTake in some big sky country with this one day guided fishing trip for two on the Bighorn River and a prairie dog hunt for two in the Billings, Montana area. Package includes two nights of hotel stay and dinner for two at Jake’s Steakhouse. Ground / Air transportation is not included but LMA will assist you in making any arrangements needed. Fishing and hunting generously donated by the Goggins Family and Public Auction Yards.

17. Hair on Hide Loveseat & ChairsIntricate woodwork on this antique loveseat and chair have been given a modern refresh with hair on hide design reupholstering and a turquoise hue on the wood. One of a kind! Thanks to Kelley and JanLee Rowlett for their hard work repurposing this beautiful furniture.

18. Distiller for a Day Experience & Bottle of Whiskey Get the full distiller for a day experience with an in-depth tour of Hartfield & Co., a Bourbon County Distillery in Paris, Kentucky. Package includes a bottle of Experimental Whiskey Collection #1 - New American White Oak with French Oak Finish from Hartfield & Co. Tour includes experiencing the craft distillery process, tour of the facilities, and a tasting of spirits. Hartfield & Co., formerly The Gentleman, is a small batch distillery located in Paris, Kentucky. They are the first licensed distillery in Bourbon County since Prohibition forced the closure of the distilling industry in 1919. Their products are made in small batches with a focus on the process of creating truly great spirits and sourcing the best local ingredients. Tour to be scheduled for Monday - Saturday. 21. NASCAR TripIt’s off to the races with this weekend getaway including four tickets to two nights of races and two hotel rooms for two nights. Four tickets to the Saturday, October 15 and Sunday, October 16 races at Kansas Speedway. Saturday is the Kansas Lottery 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series event with green flag at 3:00 PM. Sunday is the Hollywood Casino 400 with green flag at 1:15 PM. Also included are passes for the pre-race performance and infield activities on Sunday, October 16. Hotel accommodations for both Saturday and Sunday nights are two rooms at the Great Wolf Lodge of Kansas City, conveniently located right by the race track. Buyer will be responsible for their own airfare and/or ground transportation to hotel, but LMA can help coordinate.

24. KC Stockyards Fire Print Framed Kansas City Stockyards Fire print. This print presented by The Hartford Insurance Company shows the devastation from the 1917 fire that decimated the stockyards. Very collectable item. Print dimensions are 64 1/2’’ X 10 3/4’’.

25. LMA Item BasketWear the brand proudly with this basket of LMA items. Includes black LMA vest. Vest in basket is a large but can be exchanged for an XL or other size if needed. Basket includes plaid shirt embroidered with the LMA logo. Pick from M, L, or XL. If someone is dressed this well on top, the bottom should match as well.
