The fee you pay will depend on the size of the property

The majority of lenders that will lend on these transactions will base their lending on the

original purchase price meaning typically a buyer will need to pay the uplift in price aswell as

the % of the original purchase price paid to the developer so far, making their whole deposit.

Assignment mortgages

We offer obligation free advice and recommendation service on an extensive range of
