LOCALIZATION OF PROPERTIES (HYD)

Localization of Properties service is requested by Citizen to locate and identify the measurements of the property. Citizen would

provide Survey number/s for which localization is required and Mandal Surveyor would provide those detail post the Survey.

Apply for Localization of properties (Hyd) Service:

This section contains instructions for the User of the Meeseva web application to apply Localization of properties (Hyd) Application.

1) In Meeseva Online Portal home screen, Select List of Services as depicted in Figure 1.

2) Select Localization of properties (Hyd) Application Service under Revenue department services as depicted in Figure 2.

3) After selection of Localization of properties (Hyd) Application Service, the Localization of properties (Hyd) Application request

screen appears as depicted in Figure 3.

Note: - Here we can also fill Applicant details with the help of Aadhaar number.

4) Enter Applicant details such as Applicant Name, Land Register holder Name, Manner in which rights acquired over the land, Door no,

Locality / Land Mark, District, Mandal, Village/Ward, Pin code, Mobile no, Phone, E-mail, and Ration card no this has been depicted in the

following figure 4.

Note: Based on the Citizen request, the delivery option (either through At KIOSK or Speed Post - Local or Speed Post - Non Local at the

Franchisee) has to be selected. The courier charge for Post (Local) is INR. 33/- and for Post to Non Local areas is INR. 46/-.

5) Collect the necessary supporting documents as indicated in the Localization of properties (Hyd) Application form request Page scan the

documents and upload into the system, as depicted in Figure 5.

Enter Land Boundaries details such as Premises no or Land mark, Father / Husband Name and Address this has been depicted in the following

figure 5.

Note: All the mandatory fields have to be filled in; otherwise request will not be accepted by the system.

Note: Ensure that Here Applicant Details must be postal Address

6) Click Show Payment. Another window appears requesting to Confirm Payment as depicted in figures 6 and 7.

Note: - Based on the delivery option chosen by the citizen, the service charges will be calculated and displayed in Show Payment.

7) Collect the amount from the Citizen and click Confirm Payment to submit the request.

8) On confirmation, Tech Process Payment Process Request details will be generated as depicted in the following figure 9.

9) Click show banks button as depicted in the following figure 9.

Note: - After clicking it will display banks as depicted in the following figure.

10) Select Bank and Click Payment Process then, it will display Receipt as depicted in the following figure 11.

Note: - On submission of the request, User Receives Message. Like your Request for Demarcation (HYD) has been entered vide Application

Number, Transaction Id and sent to Dept.

11) On submission, the request will be sent to the work flow of the respective Dept for further processing.

12) Once the request is approved then, Localization of Properties (HYD) Certificate is available at My Transactions for Printing.

Once the request is approved by Department then, Localization of Properties (HYD) Certificate will be dispatched through courier to

the customer’s address if Delivery Type is Speed Post Local/Non Local.
