Locating Events/Using the Group Code
When placing a trade the platform opens each of the required bookmaker websites. Once on
the relevant sites the user must navigate to the specified odds in order to place the trade.
How to locate each event is advised by the Group code which is located in various places
throughout the platform.
The Group indicates how to locate an event on a bookmaker site by providing all of the
necessary information. Typically the first two letters indicate the Sport (which is already
displayed in full on the Trades Table), ie IC is Ice Hockey, FB is Football (or Soccer).
The next three letters usually indicate the country. SWE is Sweden, ENG is England, NZL is New
Zealand etc.
Please see the below table for a basic guide of the group column. Please note that this is a
guide only as there are too many to reference.

Anomalies
The group column does not always follow the above rule, on rare occasions there are minor
differences.
1 FBSACUP Copa Libertadores-13 Football (Soccer) South American Cup Copa Libertadores 2013
2 FBASCUP AFC Champions League-13
Football (Soccer) Asian Cup AFC Champions League 2013
3 VBECUP CEV Challenge Cup-12 Volleyball European CEV Challenge Cup 2012
4 BANBA NBA-12 Basketball NBA(USA) NBA 2012
5 ICNHL NHL-12 Ice Hockey NHL (USA) NHL 2012
6 WVBPOL Cup-12 Women Volleyball Poland Cup 2012
Examples 1, 2 and 3: When the term ‘CUP’ is used in the Group Code (in capital letters after the
sport code) the event you are looking at is not for a country but a region. SACUP is South
American, NACUP is North American etc.
Examples 4 & 5: American tournaments have the tournament name rather than the country
code (USA). NBA, NHL and MBL are all American sports.
Example 6: Any event with a ‘W’ at the start of the code is a Woman’s event.
Other sports/Groups are even easier to read.
TENNIS Acapulco Mexico-13 Tennis Acapulco Mexico 2013
TENNIS Delray Beach USA-13 Tennis Delray Beach USA 2013
DARTS Premier League-13 Darts Premier League 2013
SNOOKER Haikou World Open-13 Snooker Haikou World Open 2013
When the sport is displayed in full it is very easy to read the Group and locate the event.
TIP: If you have difficulty reading the Group and locating the event then use Google. Type the
tournament code or one of the teams names into Google, if that does not produce an obvious
result then search the same name again with the term ‘wiki’ after it. By viewing the correct
Wikipedia page you should now be able to identify the region.
Other Group Codes to note: Often you will see such codes as HR3, 3W2H, AS-1, OU, ORW etc
BEFORE the Group Code. These codes are not essential to locating the event however refer to
the BET TYPE.
