Angeles Harbor to San Diego, have been confirmed by the receipt o' telegrams from Assistant Secretary of the Navy Roosevelt to Congress man Lineberger. Major Lineberger was informed that the removal orders issued to Capt W. R. Miller at the base sev eral weeks ago have been officially rescinded and that the base will! remain at its present location. Assistant Secretary Roosevelt'? telegram was as follows: "Depart ment canceled order directing com mauding officer of -the submarine base to submit plans for removal base from Los Angeles to San Diego.
