As well as completing the LOCATION SCOUTING REPORT you should take a series of photographs of the location that when combined in PHOTOSHOP can produce a panoramic view of the entire area in which you plan to work. There are APPs available on iPhone and Android that allow you to stich photos taken on your smartphone together into a single panoramic image. !
!In addition to photographic illustration of the location, as shown above, you should also sketch out a schematic diagram of the location, showing the location of doors, windows, light sources and power sockets as well as other relevant fittings and furniture.!
Both your PANORAMA and FLOOR-MAP should accompany your SCOUTING REPORT. You should also include a screen grab of the location taken from Google Maps, highlighting where precisely you plan on filming.
