Some of our locations and why we chose them

BUS STATION AND INDUSTRIAL AREA

• We used certain areas to create a certain effect and that was that we wanted a more urban feel to certain bits of the video as well as certain areas that depict a ‘system’ We did this only because we didn’t want the whole video to feel as if it was all being filmed in the same place.

St Paul’s Cathedral

• We wanted to get a more different opinion on the ideas of the system that would be seen as a bit more radical so we went down to the anti capitalist protest at St Paul’s Cathedral to get a some shots and we think that the idea of the typical British location and protesters in front of it are perfect for us.

Conference Room

• We decided that we would like to have another different element to our video and that would be a more serious idea of a ‘system’ and those at the head of it and by doing this we would need a big conference room to set this up.

Basement

• We used a large underground corridor for a few of the shots as we wanted to get an idea of hiding and it being dark as well as a certain sense of power that might go with it. It was also very dark down there and with everyone wearing dark clothing it added to the feel of the shots and as a whole we feel the shots achieved this.

The Unicorn Theatre London Bridge

• We shot in and around a theatre in London Bridge as we felt that it gave us the right feel that we wanted in terms of a more modern building and set in a more famous location around central London
