I support Project Managers and teams in challenging situations; focusing on them as individuals, helping them to deliver results, working with them to grow their capabilities and supporting them in becoming strong & self-assured leaders. My work is all grounded in real life experience and is focused on achievement of goals. My Mentoring is based on many years experience as a practicing Programme and Project Manager in diverse business sectors and regions. Additionally, I draw on best practice and my experience as an accredited Programme and Project Trainer to provide deep insights and options for consideration. This enables the Project Manager to have the very best ideas and approaches to consider and draw upon in finding optimal solutions to achieve their goals. In Performance Coaching Project Managers, I help them critically assess barriers to progress and develop personal action plans. With then I work through cognitive and behavioural issues that are troublesome and enable them to become stronger and more self-sufficient in managing themselves in demanding environments. Performance is achieved in a sustainable and less stressful way for the Project Manager and their teams. I provide Project Heath Check services as a foundation for continual project and personal improvement covering the major elements of governance, stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, planning & control and business change and transition of new services into stable operations. Ensuring that Project Managers retain a very positive and engaging approach in the most difficult of situations is central to my work. I build their capability to constructively deal with issues, look for win-win outcomes and find opportunity in all circumstances. I call this ‘@ Cause Behaviours’ where they don’t blame, they don’t make excuses and they don’t play the victim.
