Fawcett Lodge No. 661 and its Descendants moved from Chart 97 to Chart 661. This was to more correctly show the Lodge and its descendants as they were not wholly sponsored by Palatine Lodge No. 97. A note to this effect is attached to Lodge No. 661.

Following a review of the history of Semper Fidelis Lodge No. 3453 by the Director of The Library and Museum of Freemasonry, it was found that the Lodge was sponsored by John Brunner Lodge No. 2799 and not Latham Lodge No. 2797 (probably a transcription error). Consequently, Semper Fidelis Lodge No. 3453 and its descendants (Lodges 6180, 7640 and 9594) are now shown as descended from John Brunner Lodge No. 2799. Also, as a result of this revision, Chart 2281 has been deleted and Lodges 2281, 2658, 2782 and 2797 now appear on Chart 003/2.

Following a review of the history of King's Friends' Lodge No. 293 by the Director of The Library and Museum of Freemasonry, it was found that two Canadian Lodges (Merrickville Lodge No. 949 [1832 number] and Corintian Lodge No. 953 [1832 number]) erroneously appeared on Chart 293 seemingly sponsored by Lodge No. 293. Following investigations with the Library and Museum of Freemasonry, notes relating to the sponsorship of Petitions for Lodges 919, 1696, 2656 and 7446 have been amended or clarified.

Following a user query and investigation by the Library and Museum of Freemasonry, it was agreed that the primary sponsor of Strawberry Hill Lodge No. 946 should be shown as St Luke's Lodge No. 144 and not Lily Lodge of Richmond No. 860 (a co-sponsoring Lodge). Consequently, Strawberry Hill Lodge No. 946 and its descendants have been removed from Chart 255 and are now shown on Chart No. 144. A note has been added to Lodge 946 as indicated above.

Following a user query, it was found that Isleworth Lodge No. 5193 was sponsored by Whitton Lodge No. 4770 and not Miramar Lodge No. 4470 (probably a transcription error). Consequently, Isleworth Lodge No. 5193 and its descendants are now shown as descended from Whitton Lodge No. 4770.

Following a Lodge enquiry by the Library and Museum of Freemasonry, it was found that Woodford Lodge No. 3903 was sponsored by Sheraton Lodge No. 3019 and not Rainham Lodge No. 3079 (probably transcription error). Consequently, Woodford Lodge No. 3903 and its descendants are now shown as descending from Sheraton Lodge No. 3019 and not Rainham Lodge No. 3079.

Lodge No. 392 name was corrected from Courage with Humility to Courage with Humanity.

56 17/12/2008 Lodge 9843 was added. Lodges 1713, 2484, 2661, 2835, 2930, 3205, 3243, 3853, 4378, 4401, 4513, 4777, 5142, 5290, 5550, 5609, 5712, 6009, 6116, 6692, 6720, 6907, 7336, 7410, 7440, 7456, 8739 and 8892 were deleted. Lodges 2682, 4403, 6097, 7239 and 7858 surrendered their Warrants and amalgamated with Lodges 49, 3921, 4277, 4486 and 6521 resspectively.

Lodge 7720 revised the Lodge name following its amalgamation with Lodge 5031.

Following a user query, the Mother Lodge of Euphrates Lodge No. 212 was corrected from All Souls Lodge No. 170 (Dorset) to Lodge of Justice No. 147 (London). This had the effect of moving Lodge No. 212 and its descendants from Chart 170 to Chart 147. An explanatory note was also added to Lodge No. 212.

Trinity Lodge No. 5179 (London) was annotated as "Not Meeting".

55 11/09/2008 Lodges 9840 and 9842 were added. Lodges 2729, 2985, 3982, 3990, 4051, 4358, 4780, 5207, 5267, 6587, 6999, 7685, 8428 and 9109 were deleted. Lodges 5031 and 6919 surrendered their Warrants and amalgamated with Lodges 7720 and 4763 respectively.

Lodge 4763 revised the Lodge name following its amalgamation with Lodge 6919.

Following a user query, the Mother Lodge of Saint Paul and Saint John Lodge No. 615 was corrected from Lodge of Justice No. 147 (London) to Temple Lodge No. 558 (E. Kent). This had the effect of moving Lodge No. 615 and all its descendants from Chart 147 to Chart 125.

Whilst attending to the above correction, a further error was noted - namely, the Mother Lodge of Ancient of Days Lodge No. 9230 and New Ash Green Lodge No. 9231 was corrected from Lodge of Justice No. 147 (London) to Mountsfield Lodge No. 6548 (W. Kent). This had the effect of moving Lodges 9230 and 9231 and their descendants from Chart 147 to Chart 125.

Finally, a note was added to Saint Paul and Saint John Lodge No. 615 (W. Kent) to indicate that it was sponsored "In conjunction with Prince Edwin's Lodge No. 125 (E. Kent)".

Existing Lodges operating under the jurisdiction of the District Grand Lodge of Transvaal were revised to reflect the name change in June 2001 to the District Grand Lodge of South Africa North.

21 11/06/2001 Lodges 9741 - 9745 were added. Lodges 2934, 4444, 4766, 5549, 6165, 6437, 6440, 6518, 6547 were deleted.

20 19/03/2001 Lodges 9736 - 9740 were added. Lodges 3632, 4131, 5033, 7363, 7511 were deleted.

19 27/11/2000 Lodges 9726 - 9735 were added. Lodges 2625, 3589, 4082, 5340, 5450, 5942, 6133 and 6845 were deleted.

18 31/10/2000 Jurisdiction of Lodge 5842 revised from London to West Kent in line with the "Directory of Lodges and Chapters - 2000". Also Lodges 4220, 7497, 7798 and 8476 were moved from Chart 232 to 160 in consequence of an error found in Grand Lodge charts. Wickford Lodge No. 4220 is, if fact, a daughter Lodge of Trinity Lodge No. 1734 and not Sandeman Lodge No. 1374 as previously shown. This error was reported to the Grand Lodge Librarian on October 31, 2000.

17 05/09/2000 Lodges 9724 and 9725 were added. Lodges 1145, 3991, 3999, 5436, 5527 and 7605 were deleted.

16 19/06/2000 Lodges 9715 and 9719 - 9723 were added. Lodges 3365, 5741, 5785, 6489, 6586, 6764, 7117 and 8271 were deleted.

15 08/03/2000 Lodges 9711 - 9714 and 9716 - 9718 were added. Lodges 905, 2045, 2837, 3808, 3832, 3904, 4545, 5351, 6517 and 7835 were deleted.

Revised Mother Lodge for Lodge 6542 to 1618 (was shown as 5858) and revised Mother Lodge for Lodge 6543 to 5858 (was shown as 1618). This error was communicated to Grand Lodge Library on March 7, 2000 and they have subsequently changed their records.

14 01/12/1999 Lodges 9701 - 9710 were added. Lodges 3917, 6424 and 7340 were deleted. Lodge No. 5162 was moved from London Jurisdiction to Oxfordshire Jurisdiction in Line with the Masonic Year Book 1999-2000. It should be noted that the following errors are included in the 1999-2000 Year Book:1) Widmore Lodge No. 7207 (W. Kent) is included but should be deleted (Erased in 9/98).2) Seychelles Installed Masters Lodge No. 9691 (E. Africa) should be included (Warrant granted in 1/99).3) The number of District Grand Lodges should show 32.

Grand Lodge are now aware of these erroneous entries in the Year Book.

12 02/03/1999 Lodges 9691 - 9694 were added. Lodges 2971, 3680, 4285, 6756 and 7843 were deleted.

11 17/12/1998 Lodges 9688 - 9690 were added. Lodges 5783, 6935, 7074 and 7937 were deleted.

10 22/10/1998 Lodges 9679 - 9687 were added. Lodge 7207 was deleted. Comment revised for Lodge 117. Jurisdictions were revised for Lodges 5486, 5785, 7894, 7924 in line with the 1998-99 Masonic Year Book.

9 05/06/1998 Lodges 9666 - 9678 were added. Lodges 2459, 2884, 3635, 4067, 4599, 4665, 5423, 6392 and 6625 were deleted.

8 01/04/1998 Lodges 331 and 662 (both 1832 numbering) were reversed on Chart 441 (331 should be the mother of 662 and 662 should be the mother of 441) - corrected. Comments were added or revised to the following Lodges - 5, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 22, 35, 39, 50, 56, 63, 81, 84, 101, 104, 106, 107, 118, 122, 127, 128, 132, 141, 161, 162, 169, 171, 192, 214, 215, 222, 223, 224, 234, 245, 254, 395, 396, 397, 398, 399 and 400. Also added were additional database queries to support the Lodge and Chart count information in the Help About ... screen. An additional table was also added to establish the pre-1863 Lodge Numbering for the Record Detail screens. Added Lodge 746 which had previously been overlooked.Lodge Names and Details were added for the following pre-1863 Lodge Numbers: 291, 304, 318, 340, 430, 451, 552, 587, 605, 648, 678, 679, 686, 691, 695, 700, 716, 726, 746, 747, 751, 785, 788, 802, 878, 882, 932, 946, 948, 949, 950, 953, 954, 977 and 987.

7 21/11/1997 Lodges 9663 - 9665 were added. Lodges 1182 and 4901 were deleted, having returned their Warrants. Lodges 579, 776, 1281, 1378, 1659, 1907, 2364, 3541, 3542, 3694, 4832, 6122, 6177, 6670, 6739, 6860, 7085, 7219, 8022, 8465, 8498, 8618, 8777, 9039, 9099, 9131 and 9145 were deleted as they had transferred when the Grand Lodge of Newfoundland and Labrador was formed on November 1, 1997.

6 14/09/1997 Lodges 9658 - 9662 were added. Jurisdictions were revised for Lodges 4946, 7142 and 7924 in line with the Masonic Year Book 1997-98. Also, jurisdiction Trinidad was revised to Trinidad & Tobago and jusrisdictions Nigeria, ED / Nigeria, LD / Nigeria, ND and Nigeria, WD were all revised to Nigeria again, in line with the Masonic Year Book for 1997-98.

5 13/06/1997 Lodges 9648 - 9657 were added. Lodges 5797, 7373 and 9281 were deleted. Note that the birth of Lodge 9653 from Mother Lodge 164 means that the Chart No. has to revise from special chart 001 to special chart 002/1 and, in order to preserve a good display format, Lodges 285 and 695 were shuffled along to special chart 002/2.

4 07/03/1997 Lodges 9637 - 9647 were added. Lodges 2744, 3476, 3670, 4253, 5112, 5370, 5516, 6148, 7014, 7734 and 9019 deleted.

3 03/10/1996 Lodges 9609 - 9636 were added. Note that the birth of Lodge 9631 from Mother Lodge 270 means that the Chart No. has to revise from special chart 001 to special chart 002/1. Lodges 1342, 3373, 3562, 3875, 4890, 5243, 6063, 6723, 7699, 7811, 7980, 8495 and 8621 were marked as erased. Also, Lodge 7283 jurisdiction changed from London to Hertfordshire and Lodge 8124 jurisdiction changed from London to Middlesex.

2 15/01/1996 Lodges 9588 - 9608 were added. Lodges 2411, 5019, 5453, 7830, 7912 and 8560 were marked as deleted. Lodge 1275 was revised from (London) to (W. Kent) in line with the 1995-96 Masonic Year Book. Lodges 9360, 9409, 9413 and 9575 were marked as (Portugal) ilo (Gibraltar & Lusit.) and Lodges 115, 153, 278, 2874, 2915, 3503, 3813, 3825 and 9217 were marked as (Gibraltar) ilo (Gibraltar & Lusit.), also in line with the 1995-96 Masonic Year Book.
