Trade ShowTake advantage of this opportunity to share product and program updates with approximately 130 members of the H. D. Smith national

sales force and management team. Each company will be provided with a six-foot table. Materials must be contained within a two-foot radius of the table, though exhibitors are able to network comfortably beyond that radius. Traditional trade show displays are discouraged for this event.

Customer Advisory Panel The Customer Advisory Panel will feature a selection of H. D. Smith customers representing multiple healthcare channels.

These customers will share their unique industry perspectives, competitive challenges and business concepts, each demonstrating high levels of ingenuity across the healthcare landscape.

All reservations at the Loews Coronado Bay are managed through H. D. Smith. Please do not contact the hotel directly. You will register for your lodging preferences and dates during Attendee Personal Registration, which will be distributed via email in early June 2016.

Due to manufacturer requests, all attendees are responsible for the standard room rate of $229 per night plus applicable taxes and fees, regardless of sponsorship level.

Check-in is 4 p.m. PDT, and check-out is 12 p.m. PDT.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date are subject to a charge of one night’s room rate and applicable taxes. Guests failing to give advance notice will be charged for the entire scheduled stay. Attendees who check out earlier than originally communicated may incur a charge for the vacated night(s).

Air - If air travel is required, San Diego International Airport (SAN) in San Diego, California is the recommended airport.

Ground – Loews Coronado Bay Resort is approximately 20 miles (30 minutes) from the airport.
