About the Author

Hi! My name is Logan Truex. I’m a sophomore at Grand Valley State University. My major is group social studies with an elementary education concentration. In my spare time I like spending time with family, photography, playing with my puppy named Roxie, and going to the beach. I hope you enjoy!

Sunblock/Sunscreen

In order to figure out how long your sunblock/sunscreen will last before you start to redden we must use this math equation.

SPF of lotion/spray x amount of time it takes you to redden without skin protection.

Example: SPF 30 x 15 minutes = 450 minutes you will be

protected for. *It is recomended to reapply every two hours and after

swimming.*
