OrderingThe home page allows you to quickly access the available items specific to your store, as seen below. There are three easy ways to find items:

1. Category specific photo link - subcategory options are available once a category is selected.2. ‘Quick Links’ located on the left sidebar - use these to go directly to a subcategory.3. ‘Search’ bar - use the search function to quickly find items.

Please note that subcategory options and available items vary depending on your stores location and services offered.

Ordering Process1. Find your needed item by using one of the three options listed above.2. Once the item is found, click the ‘View Product’ button under the image of the item. A new page will open.3. Input order quantity. Note - a maximum order amount is listed for each item.4. Click “Add to Cart.”

Hint: click the Cart icon at anytime to review the items in your cart.

The first time you place an order, you will need to select your address from the drop down menu. (Your shipping address will be the only option available for you to select). Your address will automatically populate on subsequent orders.

After selecting your address, you may submit your order.You must click the ‘Submit Order’ button for your order to process. If your order is not complete, click ‘Save Order’ to complete and submit at a later date.

Once you submit your order, a confirmation page will open with the details of your order. A confirmation email will also be sent to your store email address. Your order will initially go into a ‘pending’ status. At the end of the order cycle (1st and 15th of each month), your order will be processed. At this time, you will receive another email confirming your order was released and is shipping to you. Expected delivery is 3 - 5 business days.

Review of TabsThe tab bar at the top of the home screen allows you to access ‘Products,’ ‘Orders,’ ‘Account,’ and the ‘Log Out’ pages.

The ’Orders’ tab allows you to view your past and pending orders. Once an order is shipped, you can locate your shipping tracking numbers under this tab as well.

There are 3 options available under the ‘Account’ tab:Messages: Any messages to your store will be found on the messages page. Favorites: Page will populate once you select your favorite orders.Contact Us: Taylor Communications Customer Service contact information.

Site Overview

The ‘Products’ tab takes you back to the Home Page.

Rotating Message BoardAt the top of the home page is a rotating message board. This board will remind you of ordering cycle deadlines and release dates, as well as link to this ‘Get Started Guide.’ Below are two examples:

Search Bar Best PracticesWhen searching for an item, less is more. Use a simple description to yield more results. For example, use only the word “banner” to find all banners available to order. It’s best to use the singular form of a word versus the plural form. As the search function will pull from both the short and long descriptions, you can also choose to search by the message on the item; for example, “Let’s Deal” will return items with that message. See examples on the next page.

Categories/SubcategoriesOn the left-hand sidebar are ‘Quick Links.’ ‘Quick Links’ have a category and subcategory. You may notice that the subcategory of ‘Jewelry’ is listed under both the category of ‘Exterior’ and ‘Interior.’ When you select the ‘Jewelry’ subcategory under ‘Exterior,’ the link will display all the items to be used on the exterior of your store. Selecting ‘Jewelry’ under ‘Interior’ will display all items to be used on the interior of your store.

The main categories are:

• Exterior• Interior• Pawn Tickets & Business Forms• Warehouse• Jewelry Supplies (will direct you to Kassoy website)• Logistics & Reference Guides

These main categories are also found on the home page photo links. Subcategories will vary based on your user group.

FAQs1. Do I have to submit my order to receive it? Yes! Unlike the TMG site that automatically cleared your cart and shipped the items in it every month, you must click

on “Submit Order” to checkout and place your order.2. How often will I receive my orders? Beginning in September, you will receive order shipments twice a month – orders will begin shipping the first

business day after the 1st and 15th of each month.3. When will I receive my August order? Your August order will ship on September 2nd.4. Can I Submit more than one order within each order cycle? While the system will allow you to Submit more than one order, you should consolidate your items into your cart (you

can save without submitting) and submit only one order prior to the order deadline (1st & 15th of the month).5. How do I track shipping on my order? Once you receive the second email that confirms the order has processed, you may go to the Orders tab at the top

of the page and then choose your latest order. There you will find a link to track your shipment.6. How do I contact Customer Service? Email [email protected] or call 713-934-6127 with questions about your order. Please note

Customer Service is available Monday – Friday, from 8:00am – 5:00pm CST. This information is also available on the home page of the order site as well as under the Account tab, Contact Us.

7. Will my jewelry supplies ship with my marketing orders? No, the orders placed on the Taylor and Kassoy sites do not link and will not combine. You will receive different

shipments from each vendor.8. What if I forget how to get to the order page? Links to all order sites will be listed on the EZStore page.9. Why can I not order printed Firearms forms? In order to cut down on paper waste, Firearms forms are now available to download as editable PDFs. You will need

to download the form, open it in Adobe Reader, complete it, and then print. You are not able to save completed forms to your computer or add these to your cart.
