Login Page
Module OverviewOnly Consistent State employees will have access to the CRM tool. This is not a tool designed for customer access. Once the login is verified with the user_name and password, we will check the access level. There will only be two levels of access, 'superUser' who has full read, write, and delete privileges and 'User' who will only have read access. Depending on the level of access we will either lock the user out of the write, delete options or send them to a separate home page where those options are not present. In order to verify login we will need to access only the crm_user table.

Home Page
The home page will consist of four links initially: contacts, user, groups and campaign. Each tab will have four separate sub links which will allow the user to: search, add, edit, and delete. Again, only the super User will be able to access all four sub links and the User will only be able to access search.

Contact
OverviewThe contacts are a list of potential customers entered into the system through research. The contacts screen should display all of the info in the contact, company, and department tables along with user_name as assigned_to from the crm_user table.
Typically the contact will be entered into the system by the sales research person. When a new customer contact is entered into the system, we will need to check the first_name, last_name from the contacts table, if there is a match to the name, we will display that info to the user. However, we will still have the capability to enter that contact as a new contact. For example: if Bob Smith is associated with company XYZ, there may be another customer Bob Smith that works for company ABC that we need to enter as a new contact.
This screen will also allow us to search contacts by company, state, or position.

This form all users can search the old contact information.

This form the Admin user is the only user who can modify the old contact information.

This form the Admin user is the only user who can delete the old user.
Group
OverviewThe Groups are a list of groups entered into the system . The groups screen should display all of the contacts associated a group.
The group will be entered into the system by Admin user. When a new group is entered into the system, we will need to check the name group from the group table, if there is a match to the name, we will display that info to the contact associate.
This screen will also allow us to search if contact is free. We can enter by First name, Last name,position, state or company name.

Campaign
Overview
campaign are a list of possible clients that We have Identified as our target public after analyze, we will select Strategies different and advertising media (sending email, website advertising, conferences) for advertising our products.This campaign are added to a specific groups or groups different.
The campaign will be entered into the system by Admin user. When a new campaign is entered into the system, we will need to check the name campaign from the 'campaign' table, if there is a match to the name, we will display that information of groups associate.
