Mediterra sales kept pace. Hitting a five-year high for first quarter, Mediterra closing sales increased 30 percent.
London Bay Homes saw a surge on two fronts, with homebuyers quickly snapping up our fully furnished models designed by Romanza Interior Design, and another group opting to build new construction homes.
Another national trend reflected by our clients: They want larger homes with more luxury features. In fact, recent articles in The New York Times, Builder Magazine, The Wall Street Journal and other highly regarded publications documented that buyers are spending an additional 15 to 20 percent of their home’s value in upgrades and options. London Bay’s discerning clients choose top-of-the-line appliances, stone and hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry and the latest technological innovations to ensure their home captures the grandeur they envision in their dream home.
We’re also seeing a renaissance in Old Naples – a demand from buyers who want a new home close to Fifth Avenue South and the Gulf of Mexico in the city that was just named the 4th happiest place to live.** While London Bay has always built custom homes along the

It was love at first bite for Therese Masseo. A nibble of Café Amici’s fresh
burrata, and the London Bay Homes sales executive at Lakewood Ranch was
transported to her childhood and her grandmother’s homemade mozzarella.
Since friends introduced Masseo to the downtown Sarasota restaurant a few
years ago, she’s been a regular, visiting weekly and attending almost every wine
dinner offered by owners Achille and Massimo Nigri.
