•Lower Ground - treat as a back of house area and use cheaper furniture

•Upper Floors - use cheaper desk systems within the cellular offices.

- reconsider how the breakout spaces are furnished. Are sofas wanted?

Ways of reducing the furniture costs:

•Vary the working environments - reduce the specification in selected areas.

•Use a cheaper desk system in the cellular offices to allow the use of better furniture in the open plan areas, where it will be more visible.

•Use cheaper desks on the upper floors to allow a larger budget for the public areas on the ground floor. For example: Herman Miller options for the ground floor and JPA options on the upper floors.
