Filming Permission

Before my partner and I filmed in London we had to seek permission from the local boroughs to ensure what we were doing was approved of and we were not breaking any laws. Due to lack of time and inconvenience, we could not get written permission in the form of Location Release Forms therefore we emailed different contacts specific to the certain location we planned to film in.

We went on www.filmlondon.org.uk which provided us with all the relevant information that we needed to further seek permission. By finding the areas that we wanted, we used a table provided by Film London to identify the contact and the contact’s email we needed before sending an email seeking permission.
