Thursday 21st March group activities and disco by the beach.
Friday 22nd March final activity before departing at 11am toarrive back at school approximately 2pm.
All children to be collected on this day, including bus children.

1. Supervise that group at all times
2. Administer any medical needs.

Extracts from Risk Assessment
B.I.S staff members have checked the resort for anypotential risks including: transport arrangements,accommodation/catering, communication, proposed activities & emergency arrangements.
Children are not allowed to swim in the sea; however thereare two swimming pools at the resort and these will besupervised at all times.
Access to rooms: Children to keep windows locked from
the inside at all times. Teachers check rooms frequently.

SECURITY
The resort has guards 24 hours a day and theywill help the group to cross the road whenrequired.
The children will give their room keys to theirgroup leader during the day.

EMERGENCY
First port of call will be one of the First Aid trained
members of staff from BIS.
The resort has its own first aid room.
Ba Ria Hospital is 30km away, the resort has a car on siteat all times.
SOS have a clinic in Vung Tau, with a fully equippedambulance and emergency facilities.
We are 2 and a half hours from FMC and SOS by road.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who do the children share a room with?
The children choose 3 friends who they would like to share with and we doour best to make sure that they are with at least 1 of these people.
Can parents call the children?
No, we will communicate through the school website and trip blog withgeneral updates.
What if my child doesn’t like the food?
There is plain rice, vegetables and noodles, so plenty of choice.
Are electronic devices allowed?
No. We want the children to socialise on the trip and interact.
Are the teachers close to where the children sleep?
The teachers rooms are beside the children in their group, so still a ratio of 1:9.
Are the rooms secure?
Yes, the children have the keys and guards are on site 24 hours.
