Signed long stay visa application form with photo (35mm x 45mm, white background) 2. Passport with a validity of at least 6 months and photocopy of valid and former visas 3. Motivation Letter explaining the purpose of stay 4. Proof of the applicant’s last employment: - Letter from the employer, with address and telephone number, stating the position held as well as the starting date and the monthly salary. - If applicable, ITR from the previous year 5. For businessmen or in case of self-employment: - SEC or DTI Registration - ITR from the previous year 6. Proof of the applicant’s and/or sponsor’s personal finances (The applicant has to justify that he can live in France with his/her own incomes): - Bank Certificate - Recent 3 month’s bank statements 7. For children 6years to 16years : School registration in France 8. Proof of accommodation for the complete duration of stay in France (either one of the following): - Property title - Lease Contract - Letter confirming the lodging by a person residing in France. 9. Letter of the applicant making the commitment not to be engaged in an employment submitted to authorization. 10. Proof of medical insurance valid for the length of stay in France, covering medical repatriation and hospital care or document confirming that the applicant can be covered by the French social security 11. NBI Clearance 12. Birth Certificate authenticated by the DFA 13. Visa fee (prevailing peso equivalent of EUR 99), payable in cash Attention! - Incomplete applications may result in refusal of the visa. Presentation of listed documents does not in itself guarantee the delivery of the visa. Furthermore, you may be asked to provide additional documentary evidence. - Paid fees are not refunded in case the visa is not issued or the application is withdrawn. - This category of visa application is submitted to the central administration.

1st STEP
