Dear Member,

We are happy to extend our warm greetings to you and your families as we release the

11th Project Update Report for October - February 2015.

Longonot Gate has covered long milestones in various areas of the project from last year

up to early this year. These milestones include:-

01. Launch of Project LandscapingLandscaping of the project was officially launched on 21st of February 2015 during the

1st Members day of 2015.The event was graced by members of Longonot Gate who

participated in tree planting. The process of Landscaping within the project by the

Landscaping Consultant was described.

02. Home ConstructionThe 4 houses under construction are currently being finalized with the interiors and

external finishes being applied.

We have done samples of various external finishes that can be selected by a member for

house construction in our site sales office.

A range of eight external finishes that will be used for houses in Longonot Gate

03. RoadsHand packing is well under way in courts 7 and 8 of Naivasha Gardens. The main road in

Naivasha Gardens is also being hand packed.

We are also working on the road water drainage and pedestrians walking path in

Kingdom City.

04. Gate HouseThe gate house construction is going on very well. The gates at Longonot Gate will in be

a class of their own as modern security surveillance and access will be adopted to guard

members from uninvited guests.

05. Title DeedsIn August 2013, we issued the first lease titles to our buyers (see picture below).This

process has been going on to - date. The titles are leasehold for 99 years.

We urge those who have not started this process to get in touch with us. You can

06. General comments on project We are happy to report that the overall Project Progress is good

and participation on our programmes by members very active. We are on course in

regards to our obligation to the project which is infrastructure development and also

guiding members on construction of their Homes. We thank our Almighty God for

the favour we have received on the project. We also thank all homeowners for the

continued support of the project.
