About Erika’s Lighthouse
Founded in 2004 after the loss of a 14-year old who died from her depression.
Dedicated to:
• Educating & raising awareness about adolescent depression
• Encouraging good mental health
• Breaking down stigma
All programs are free and focus on bringing a message of hope to middle and high schools

Teen Empowerment Clubs
Teen depression is real, common, and can be serious. Teens can help each other by talking and listening. Students can visit Erika’s Lighthouse to learn more about how to start a Teen Club in their school, run awareness campaigns, and use their voice to Get Depression Out of the Dark.
