Early Years Vouchers Ltd make the process of switching from
your existing childcare voucher provider, a quick and simple
one. We take the data you currently hold for your employees
using the childcare voucher benefit and we use this as the
basis for creating their new on-line accounts with ourselves.
We then contact them by email and phone to get their voucher
accounts up and running. There is no paperwork burden for
your employees and the transition from old provider to new is
straightforward.
As soon as your employees accounts are created, they receive a
welcome email and employee pack explaining how to use their
Early Years childcare vouchers.
User friendly website for you, your employees and their childcare providers Our web based service is simple and quick to use. If you want a completely hands-free system, you can set your account so that: • Vouchers are created for employees automatically each payroll period. • You receive an email to say that your vouchers are ready for approval. • Once the vouchers are approved on-line, you receive an invoice by email. • We can then take payment for the invoice by Direct Debit. • This means minimum work for you, bar making the payroll amendments. Alternatively, if you would like us to manage the whole process for you, we can! We will contact your employees, discuss the benefit with them, set up their individual on-line accounts and then request the benefit for them, ready for you to approve.

Our trained customer team are on hand to deal with any questions or queries you have. All phone or email enquiries are dealt with immediately by the person you speak to or contact. You are not passed from department to department.
