This year Americans are expected to spend a total of $2.6 billion on Hal-loween costumes alone, according to a National Retail Federation survey. Of that $2.6 billion, $1.2 billion will be spent on adult costumes, $1 billion on children’s and $330 million on pets. Here are this year’s top picks for adults, children and pet costumes.
