How do you conjugate a regular present-tense verb?

1. Take off the -ar, -er, -ir2. Now you have the stem3. Find the subject of the sentence

(who is doing the action)4. Add the appropriate ending to the

verb based on the subject.

boot verbs because the subjects that take a stem change form a boot.
