● Road is in need of repairs due to major base failures
● Normal method is pothole repair
● Soil under Lost Creek Drive is currently not stable
enough for long term pothole patching or standard
overlay

Lane Closures & Delays
○ The Contractor will enforce traffic control
○ Access to entrances
○ Efforts to control dust
○ Cure period of CMRB “Reclaimed” roadway (Wet Cure)
○ Construction will take place between the hours of 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.,
Monday morning to Friday evening

● Flaggers and possibly a pilot car will be used during
construction operations to assist with guiding residents
through the construction zone
● Please forgive the delays for these measures/procedures
are in place to provide continuous safe travel to
Chestnut Hill residents within the construction zone

● If Temperature < 55 °F – cannot pave
● Utilities
○ Although utilities are supposed to be marked there is a high probability that
something is underground that is unknown.
○ Not uncommon to have depths above expected levels
