4 Reinforced cement concrete works (1:2:4) using wooden shutter, with minimum cement content relates tomix ratio 1:2:4 having minimum f 'cr=24 Mpa and satisfying, specified compressive strength f' 'c=19 Mpa at 28 days on standard cylinders as per standard practice of Code ACI/BNBC/ASTM & cement conforming to BDS EN-197-1-CEM 1 (52.5 N)/ASTM-C 150 Type-I, best quality sand and 20mm down well graded picked jhama brick chips conforming ASTM C-33 including breaking chips and screening, making, placing shutter in position and maintaining true to plumb, making shutter water-tight properly, placing reinforcement in position; mixing in standard mixer machine with hoper fed by standard measuring boxes, casting in forms, compacting by vibrator machine and curing for 28 days and removing centering-shuttering after specified time approved; including cost of water, electricity, testing charges of materials and cylinders, other charges etc. all complete approved and accepted by the Engineer.

5 Supplying, fabrication and fixing to details as per design deformed bar having reinforcement in concrete in accordance with BDS ISO 6935-2: 2009 under Ductility Class D only, including straightening and cleaning rust, if any , bending and binding in position with supply of G.I. wires, splices etc. complete in all respects and accepted by the Engineer.

(a) 300/275 Grade deformed bar with minimum fy (ReH)= 300/275 MPa & tensile strenght at least 375 MPa, minimum elongation after fracture and total elongation at maximum force is 17% and 8% respectively: up to ground floor.

6 125 mm brick works with 1st class bricks in cement sand (F.M.1.2) mortar (1:4) and making bond with connected walls in/c necessary scaffolding, raking out joints, cleaning and soaking the bricks for at least 24 hours before use and washing of sand curing at least for 7 days in all floors including cost of water, electricity & other charges etc. all complete and accepted by the Engineer.

7 Supplying, fitting and fixing country made glazed wall tiles, irrespective of color &/or deisgn, with on 20 mm thick cement sand (F.M. 1.2) mortar (1:3) base and raking out the joints with respective joint filler & binder including cutting, laying and hire charge of machine and finishing with care etc. including water, electricity and other charges complete all respect accepted by the Engineer. 12 Supplying, fitting and fixing 38mm thick well matured, seasoned (min 10" wide plunk) solid wood door shutter having top rall style of section 100mmx38mm lock rail 125mmx38mm and bottom rail 225 mm x 38mm closed joints with 25mm x 12mm size wooden peg and provided with best quality 4 Nos.100mm iron hinges 2 (two) Nos. best quality 12mm dia 300mm and 225 mm long iron tower and socket bolts. 2 (two) Nos. heavy type nickel plated handle, hinged cleats, buffer blocks and finished with snad papering etc. all complete in all floors and accepted by the Engineer. 16 Approved best quality and colour synthetic polyvinyl distemper delivered from authorized local agent of the manufacturer in a sealed container, applying to wall and ceiling in 2 coats over a coat of brand specified primer or sealer elapsing specified time for drying/recoating matt finish including cleaning and sand papering making the surface free from loose and flaky materials, dirt, grease, wax, polish, scraping all chalked and scaled materials, applying the paint by brush / roller and necessary scaffolding etc. all complete in all floors accepted by the Engineer.

17 Painting to door and window frames and shutters in two coats withapproved best quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint delivered from authorized local agent of the manufacturer in a sealed container, having highly water resistant, high bondibilty, flexible, using specific brand thinner applied by brass/roller/spray over a coat of priming elapsing time for drying including surface cleaning from dust, oil or dirt, smoothening, finishing and polishing with sand paper and necessary tools, scaffolding, testing charges etc. all complete in all floors approved and accepted by the Engineer.

19 Supplying fan hook (300-grade ) of 16mm diameter M.S. rod (one meter strainght length) having rounded hook at the middle of bar in proper size so as to be concealed within fan cup including fabrication and fitting fixing in all floor accepted by the Engineer.

20 Supplying 100mm inside diameter best quality uPVC B-grade water down pipe fitting, fixed in position including bends, min. 20mm x 3mm F.I. bar clamp and nails and including all accessories such as round grating/domed roof grating bands, sockets approved and accepted by the Engineer.

21 Manufacturing, supplying, fitting and fixing collapsible gate of any design and shape made of 3/4"x3/4"x1/8" M.S. angle placed @ 112mm c/c vertically and connecting the same with each other by 3/4"x1/8" F.I. bar as scissors 525mm/600mm long provided in 3 rows in/c cutting the different M.S. members to required sizes, fabricating, welding, riveting with required size rivets, providing required size wheels, pulling handles on both sides, suitable locking arrangement, electrodes, grease and finally placing the same in position in between 2 (two) nos. 50x50x6mm M.S. C. Internal Electrification Works Compliance /Remarks

1 Concealed Conduit Wiring: Concealed conduit wiring for following point looping at the switch board with earth terminal, including circuit wiring with IC-2x1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated and sheathed stranded cable (BYA) & 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated green/white coloured ECC wire (BYA) through PVC conduit of reputed manufacturer) of minimum 25 mm dia & 1.5 mm wall thickness complete with 18 SWG GP sheet, pull box with 3mm thick ebonite sheet cover, ceiling rose, fixing materials etc.(without switch & switchboard) as required including mending the damages good.
