The Company w i l l i n s t a l l underground e l e c t r i c d i s t r i b u t i o n t ac i l i t l es w i t h i n new r e s i d e n t i a l s u b d i v i s i o n s i n accordance w i t h i t s s t a n d a r d p o l i c i e s and p rocedures and the r u l e s of t h e P u b l i c Service Commission of Kentuck.y a p p l i c a b l e t h e r e t o (807 KAR 5:041E, S e c t i o n 21, E l e c t r i c ) under t h e fo l lowing c o n d i t i o n s :

( a ) R e s i d e n t i a l s u b d i v i s i o n s c o n t a i n i n g t e n o r more l o t s f o r t h e c o n s t r u c t i o n o f new r e s i d e n t i a l b u i l d i n g s des igned f o r less than f ive - f ami ly occupancy.

I n t h e case o f opening and c l o s i n g b i l l s when t h e t o t a l p e r i o d between r e g u l a r and s p e c i a l meter r e a d i n g s is less than t h i r t y days t h e rate b locks and minimum charges of t h e a p p l i c a b l e ra te schedu les w i l l b e pro- ra ted on t h e b a s i s o f t h e r a t i o of t h e ac tua l number o f days i n such p e r i o d t o t h i r t y days.
