Laws Urged by Woman's Federation

I.as Vegas. The meeting of theSlate Federation of omens Hubshere was largely attended and manysubjects discussed. The legislativecommittee was asked lo secure anadequate Juvenile Court law. An ailcquate Juvenile delinquent law, applying to girls as well as boys. There isno place to send delinquent girls atpresent except to Jail; laws further establlshing property rights of marriedwomen; laws providing for representatlon of women on boards of all stateinstitutions, penal, charitable undeducational; adequate public healthlegislation and establishment of statehealth officer.
