Pressure vessels, Air cooled heat exchanger, Shell & tube heat exchanger, Storage tanks, Pressure receivers,

Chimney, Heavy structural items, Skids, Base plates and other items for Oil/Gas, petroleum, chemical, sugar,

steel, fer�lizers and power plant sector.

Loyal Equipment is an ISO 9001-2008 cer�fied company and follow Quality Management Systems for the

en�re business process right from the beginning to manufacturing/fabrica�on and installa�on at the site.

Loyal Equipment is having con�nuously long experience with EIL, GSPC, GAIL, ONGC, Ingersoll Rand, Linde,

Dresser Rand, L&T, Reliance, ALSTOM, Kirlosker, Texas Southpiller-USA and others govt. & pvt. organiza�on.

company “Loyal Engineer” in the city of Ahmadabad

in the Western Indian State of Gujarat with set up of

manufacturing of kind of fabrica�on Items. A�er

successful year of “Loyal Engineer ” It was

incorporated as “Loyal Equipment Private Limited” in

the year of 2007 with facili�es of design and

manufacturing of process equipments. And Now It is

incorporated as “Loyal Equipment Limited” BSE

registered company in 2015 with new goals &

achievements.

experience team of engineers. Thermal sizing / process design of heat

exchangers, pressure vessels is carried out by world renowned so�ware

HTRI and Mechanical design by American Society of Mechanical

Engineers ASME Sec�on Div-1 & 2, TEMA, API, PV elite So�ware, dra�ing

by engineering tools AutoCAD, under guidance of well experience man

power of engineering & design. Loyal Equipment holds ASME “U”, U2”

NB and IBR Stamp cer�fica�on.

“Quality” at Loyal Equipment has been the reason of con�nuous growth hence It is core strength of

company. Loyal Equipment is accredited by ISO 9001-2008 and this is directly under the supervision of top

management. Loyal Equipment follow Quality Management Systems for the en�re business process right

from the beginning to manufacturing/fabrica�on and installa�on at the site. Loyal Equipment limited has

supplied numbers of Pressure vessels, Heat Exchanger, compressor & Auxiliaries Skid packaging in last 20

years of span and ge�ng repe��vely orders from our client that show itself our quality ,reliability &

performance of product. Loyal Equipment is equipped with in house NDT facili�es like Dye Penetrate (DP) test, Hydro tes�ng,

Pneuma�c tes�ng, PMI (posi�ve material iden�fica�on) tes�ng and outsources Radiography (X-ray),

Ultrasonic (UT). Loyal Equipment is having experienced & qualified skilled man power capable in quality

welding with various metallurgy like carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex etc.

Loyal Equipment is having kind of latest machineries, tools, skilled man power, handling equipment and

various in house facili�es for smooth opera�on and quality product. We have developed a sound

infrastructure base that is subject to regular upgrada�on based on technology and working systems. Our

company having 28500 sq. meters of land, In which infrastructure is setup over 3526 sq. meters with well-

furnished office spread over an area of 136 sq. meters.

Loyal equipment has 6 well-facilitated workshops structured with different capacity of EOT crane, high-tech

modern machines and having dedicated areas for Cu�ng, Welding, Rolling, SS fabrica�on, Finning,

Equipment assembly, Shot blas�ng, Pain�ng etc. Further, Company has an open space available that can be

u�lized either for material yard and if required for the fabrica�on of steel structure.
