Data analysis & Trend reports

All data that's generated when customers interact with a brands' product is captured and stored by Loyalty Grid. The sales and activation data can be hosted either by Loyalty Grid or at the brand’s HQ. All data stored is encrypted and stored in a secure data / server environment protecting both the customer and the brand. Loyalty Grid's subscription service deliver trend reports and live data that will help brands to customise offers and campaigns to increase sales and brand loyalty.
