Local Area Plan
A. Board develops and submits to Governor a Unified Comprehensive 4-year Plan, in partnership with the chief elected official;
B. Support strategy described in State plan; and
C. At end of first 2-year period, WDB shall review Plan and, in partnership with the chief elected official, shall prepare and submit modifications to the Plan to reflect changes in labor market and economic conditions or in other factors affecting the implementation of the Plan.
