1. Derive scale and proportions from Fred Turner building design.
2. Place in a sensitive location on facade that does not compete with
facade components or overall design.
3. Constructed of appropriate, durable materials.
4. Cue colors from Fred Turner building.
5. Avoid excessive, unsightly and damaging point of connections to
building.
6. Take advantage of areas of the facade designed to accommodate
signage.
