684 SFA funded providers received support to avoid or resolve failure
72% of organisations and 64% of individuals rate our
performance good/very good
75% - 80% of respondents would definitely recommend LSIS to colleagues
65% - 78% of respondents would definitely recommends LSIS to another organisation
Main reason for not using LSIS products and services is based on self-assessment of not needing improvement
Cost and quality are not specified as reasons for not using LSIS
