    BLTR-ESESCALATOR

The BLTR-ES series of escalators is designed and

manufactured according to the European Standard

EN115 Safety Rules for the Construction and Installation

of Escalators and Passenger Conveyors. Widely used in

    large malls, supermarkets, underground systems,

railway stations, business centres and other public

places, this is an ideal transportation system for

    connecting different floors.

The P Series is designed for extensive use in public

places and is suitable for both stylish commercialbuildings and more functional public buildings.

The M Series is designed for stylish buildings

such as department stores, hotels and office buildings.

This slim escalator features a narrow handrail that

is easily held, improving the comfort of passengers.

Its compact style sits easily in its surroundings, with a

    modern look and feel.

The G Series is designed for underground systems,

stations and arcades. It has the ability to run

continuously for long periods while dealing with heavy

passengers flow. The stainless steel balustrade option is

    ideal for demanding environments.

We offer many optional functions to meet various

    requirements.

    Our escalators comprehensive specifications, flexible

layouts and stylish and ergonomic design combine in

products that are convenient to run and maintain.

Top quality materials, advance manufacturing methods

and equipment ensure that these products are safe,

    solid, durable and stable.

    InformationDisplayer

    Displaying the running

    condition or failure makes

    maintenance faster

    and more convenient,

    as well as providing

    basic information for

    passengers.

    AutomaticLubrication

    The system lubricates

    the motion components

    to reduce maintenance

    work.

    Roller pressingbelt device

    This ensures the smooth

    running of the handrail

    and gives customers

    an increased sense of

    security. It also reduces

    the frequency of

    maintenance work to a

    minimum.

    ESCALATOR BLTR-ES

    Stainless Steel Step

The anti-slip design of the stainless steel step improves passenger safety.

The escalator benefits from the most advanced control technology and control

concept. This has the advantages of safety and reliability, stability, comfort and

energy and economic efficiency. Its flexibility means that it can meet the different

    needs of different customers.

Many control systems adopts PLC, which has the advantages of strong anti-

interference ability, stability and reliable running.

The VVVF+PLC control, in which the starting current is reduced through an inverter,

significantly reduces energy consumption. It also ensures that the escalatorsoperation is stable and prolongs its service life.

Adopting inverter control means that when a passenger is detected, the escalator

will start slowly and then travel at normal speed.

It will stop or slow down if there are no passengers, reducing running time and

    saving energy.

    AUTOMATIC STARTING

The escalator is able to run automatically when it detects a passenger, which makes it particularly energy-efficient.

When the passenger enters the detection area, the escalator starts running or returns to a normal operating speed from

a lower speed. If there are no passengers at set intervals, the escalator returns to its original setting.

This function makes the escalator suitable both for hotel and office buildings with a light customer flow, and for

underground or station systems with heavy customer flow.

    ESCALATOR BLTR-ES

There are a range of design options available to customers. These allow the escalator to co-ordinate with and

    complement the surrounding environment.

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENTIntegrated Track Welding Equipment for Trusses (above)

We have developed and designed our own integrated track welding

equipment for trusses for escalators and passenger conveyors. The

main benefits of this professional quality equipment are:

High manufacturing accuracy, quick and accurate positioning,

    0-35 random adjustment of angle.

The escalator truss can be erected, welded and lifted to 2-8m inone operation.

The trimming system adopts imported bearings, straight-line

guide rails and micro-loading adjustment devices to ensure

higher manufacturing accuracy of the truss.

The sophisticated manufacturing processes used ensure equipment of the highest quality.

STEP RUNNING TRACK AND TRANSMISSION PARTS

The key parts for the running track are processed by Japanese laser cutting machines to ensure precision and quality.

The guide rails of the upper and lower step running track is made of high-quality steel. Produced using a digital control

bending machine, they combine high precision dimensions and durability.

The components of the upper and lower step running track parts and the driving device are made by precision

processing equipment and special technical equipments. These have reached a new level in stable running, with

    reduced noise.

The step is oriented completely on the step running track, to ensure smoother running quality.

    Standard Safety Function

1 Emergency stop switchIn case of emergency, pushing this button

    will stop the escalator.

2 Overload protectionWhen overloaded, the power will be cut,and the escalator will stop.

3 Phase loss and failure protectionThe escalator will stop running when power is lost orphase failure occurs.

    4 Electromagnetic brake

This guarantees the appropriate braking distance forpassenger safety when the escalator stops.

5 Comb safety deviceTo ensure passenger safety and prevent damage, if anobject is stuck between the step and the comb plate, the escalator will stop.

6 Unintentional reversal of the direction of travel

The direction of travel cannot be changed while theescalator is moving.

    7 Over speed governor

The escalator will stop if the unit overspeeds.8 Drive chain guard

The escalator will stop if the drive chain isexcessively pulled or broken.

9 Step safety deviceIn abnormal conditions, caused by deformation ordamage to the step, the escalator will stop.

    10 Yellow demarcation line

The demarcation on the step indicates the safe areafor passengers to stand.

    11 Skirt Panel Safety Switch

If an object is stuck between the step and skirt panel, the escalator will stop, ensuring passenger safety andpreventing damage.

12 Handrail entry safety deviceIf an object is stuck to the handrail, the escalator willstop, ensuring passenger safety and preventing damage.

    13 Step entry safety device

The escalator will stop if the traction chain isexcessively pulled through or broken.

    Optional Safety Function

Handrail speed monitoringThe escalator will stop if the handrail isbroken or running at low speed.

Auxillary brakeIf the drive chain is broken and/or the

escalator travels at 120% of normal speed, the brake stops the escalator.

TECHNICAL If the escalator is installed above the bottom floor, the pit is not required. The construction of both the downside and

upside of the escalator should be symmetrical.

At both top and bottom escalator landings, there must be sufficient unrestricted space to accommodate passengers.

The width of this area should at least correspond to the distance between the handrail centrelines. The depth must be

at least 2.5 metres, measured from the end of the balustrade. However, this can be reduced to two metres if the width

of the unrestricted area is increased to at least double the distance between the handrail centrelines.

The distance between the centreline of the handrail and any obstacle must be equal to or greater than 0.5m.

Power Supply: four wire three phase 415VAC 7%, 50HZ Lighting. Source: single phase 220VAC, 50HZ

The user must provide an earthing unit with less than 4 Ohm resistance.

User must provide lighting of at least 50Lx (testing value from the ground) at the entrance to an indoor or outdoor

    escalator.

BLTR-CS PASSENGER CONVEYOR The BLTR-CS passenger conveyor is designed and

manufactured according to the European Standard

EN115 Safety Rules for the Construction and Installation

of Escalators and Passenger Conveyors. It is widely

used in supermarkets, underground systems, airports

    and other public places.

    Advanced manufacturing and technical equipment

    guarantee a high quality product.

The truss is made of high quality rectangle steel pipe.

The design and compact structure of the stainless steel

pallets make full use of the building space. The pallets

are designed with anti-slip grooves for passenger safety

    and comfort.

Faults can be indicated in the display window, making

    maintenance more convenient.

Various handrail colours are available to blend stylishly
