Issue Description and Analysis

1.Here the target area encouters a weak SINR and due to that it is jointion of several cell edges. 2 cells overshoots here, namely LMU0041A and LMU0230A. Need to down tilt down by 2 degrees and 4 degrees.And by launch, there will intergrate a new site LMU0004, which will improve the SINR.

2. Similar situation as abrove. And there is no domainate cell. LMU0394B needs tilting up from 8 degrees to 5 degrees.By launch, there is another new site LMU0393 at the marked place.

3.LMU0039A needs tilting down by 3 degrees and LMU0048C tilting down by 4 degrees.LMU0037 needs tilting up by 2 degrees.
