The classes are instructed by MarjoleinMeulblok. Marjolein has become a Lu Jongteacher in 2009 and has been teachingever since. In 2011 she also started trainingnew Lu Jong teachers.
Since the age of 25 Marjolein has beenpractising several different kinds of yogabefore discovering the power of the Tibetanexercises taught by Tulku Lobsang.
She practises Lu Jong, Tog Chd(the Wisdom sword) and Tsa Lung(breath and movement exercises) and alsogives Tibetan Kum Nye healing massage,which balances the bodys energies.

Lu Jong
Lu Jong was developed 8000 years ago byTibetan monks who lived far from accessto medical help in the Himalayan mountains.
By combining their knowledge of traditionalTibetan medicine with their observations ofnature, they created the therapeuticmovements of Lu Jong. These integrate theTibetan holistic view on our physical health,that is highly influenced by our state of mind.
Today, Tulku Lama Lobsang, a very respectedTibetan doctor selected these Lu Jongexercises to increase your body awarenessand develop the bodys natural healingpower.Lu Jong is a great techniqueto create a healthy body and a happy mind.
Lu means body and Jong meansmovement or transition. Lu Jong has itsown tradition and is the oldest Asian bodypractise system.
The exercises take the form of very soft andslow movements in which breathing andmovement come together in a harmoniousand fluid way.
