NOVELLUCERNE

Created on behalf of a partnership between Orlando Health, Crescent Communities, and Foundry Commercial, Novel Lucerne is one of the most unique mixed-use development projects in downtown Orlando. Bolstering 375 units of Class A apartments and Downtown Orlando’s first organic grocer, Novel Lucerne has become one of the most anticipated new projects in the growing landscape that is Downtown Orlando.

Located at the Gateway to Downtown, prospective tenants will get unparalleled access to a mix of the urban core, a robust and growing employment base and established, historical neighborhoods such as Delaney Park and Lake Cherokee Park. THE GATEWAYTO DOWNTOWN

Located less than a half-mile from the center of downtown Orlando, Novel Lucerne will have the walkability to some of the best Orlando has to offer. This irreplaceable location serves as the southern Gateway to downtown, providing a vital connection from the Orlando Health campus to the CBS. From its professional sports teams, to its world renowned performing arts center, to its exceptional hospitals, beautiful public parks and a diverse and thriving community, Novel Lucerne has it all.

DR. PHILLIPS CENTRE FOR PERFORMING ARTS

Originally completed in 2015, with a 2nd phase currently under construction, the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts is Orlando’s performance, community outreach and arts education central. Featuring a 2,700-seat Theater, a 300-seat Theater and a soon-to-be completed 1,700-seat acoustical Theater, Dr. Phillips Center hosts local, national, and internationally renowned artists. In the last year, the center was visited by over 302,000 people at 338 shows, as well as many more at special events and arts programs both inside its doors and outside on their state of the art Plaza.

AMWAY CENTER

As Orlando’s premier sports and entertainment venue, Amway Center hosts not only Orlando’s professional sports franchises, including the Orlando Magic, and Orlando Solar Bears Hockey, but also plays host to numerous concerts and shows, performances, graduations, and family events. It has also been a host of the NCAA Regional Basketball Tournament and a Sweet Sixteen site for the last two years.

ORLANDO HEALTH

Offering the region’s only Level One Trauma Center, the area’s first heart program, specialty hospitals dedicated to children, women and babies; a major cancer center and long standing community hospitals, Orlando Health is one of Florida’s most comprehensive private, not-for-profit healthcare organizations.

DOWNTOWN ORLANDO

Downtown Orlando is the heart of Central Florida’s diverse emerging economy. It is the hub for finance, government, and commerce. Under the leadership of Mayor Dyer, the City serves these industries by creating a business and quality of life environment that supports the various industries in the Downtown core and the entire region. Downtown Orlando will continue to create, retain, and attract high-wage and high-value jobs that grow the economy.

ORLANDO CITY SOCCER STADIUM

Hosting Orlando’s Major League Soccer Club, the Orlando City Lions, this state of the art stadium features capacity for 25,500 screaming soccer fans, while providing Orlando an additional open air stadium and multi-purpose event venue.

SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT

The Orlando Magic’s Sports Entertainment will expand on Orlando’s growing entertainment venues. With plans for retail, office, hotel and residential, this much anticipated project is set to break ground in late 2017.

CREATIVE VILLAGE

On the site of the former Amway Arena, Creative Village will be a sustainable neighborhood development that knits together office spaces, a higher education space, 1,500 residential units, 1,500 student housing beds, retail/commercial space and 225 hotel rooms.
