We were walking in the desert looking for something to do. It was so hot and sweaty when we came across a smell that did not smell right. It smelled like a dead fish. We looked up and saw a funny looking creature. It had wings like a butterfly, front hooves like a giraffe, a tail like a male peacock, antennae like a moth and ears like a polar bear. It had pretty hair like an animal super model.

It’s mouth was dripping with dribble. We all screamed with fright. Alice thought it was cute but the rest of us were

scared. Our Mum heard us screaming and ran to see what the fuss was. When she saw the beast she screamed too. After a little while we all stoped screaming. It seemed very quiet now that we stopped screaming.

The beast was staring deeply into my eyes. I stared back. I decided to call the police but I had no service on my mobile so I started to walk around looking for service. Finally I got service so I called the police.

Two minutes later the police arrived. They saw the beast. Then the police called the R.S.P.C.A. Two minutes later they got there and took the beast to the zoo to find an enclosure and when they did they put my name on it - Lucinda and I named it ………… Kate.

And all the people that saw Kate paid me!!!!!!! I ended up living in a mansion, riding in a limo everywhere and everyone loved me. All the bullies that bullied me or my friends cried and begged me to forgive them. I was rich and I gave three thousand dollars to charity and nine thousand to my family and friends. I was very popular as a teenager. I was on all the teen sensation magazines and I was recognised everywhere I went even if I wasn’t in a limo. I lived a great life as a teen but when I got old I lost all my fame I died in 2009. As for Kate she sadly died in 2012. It was the saddest thing. For 30 years at the zoo they still kept her bones in a coffin. Her spirit still lives on in the zoo. Everyone remembers her in peace.
