To maintain precise environment condition, SABRO (lucre series) has produced a new
range of precision air conditioning units.
These units have been designed and developed to meet the air conditioning needs of
data processing center, digital telephone exchange, computer room and other
technological environment which radiate high heat.
For the safe and trouble free operation of such Hi-tech equipment, it is very essential to
remove heat generated and keep the constant temperature and humidity control
around the year. The ordinary air conditioning equipment which are intended for the
comfort cooling are designed while keeping in view the comfort of the people in the
room / area and these equipment are generally not able to ensure the environment
conditions for Hi-tech technological equipment, especially when there are elevated
heat load.
But on the other hand precision air conditioning application is based on four main
objectives which lead to important design conditions; these four main objectives
distinguish the precision air conditioning from ordinary air conditioning equipment for
comfort cooling. These are
Precise control of environment condition such as temperature and humidity.
High air flow rate
Round the year operation (365 days-24hours) under all ambiance conditions.
Energy efficiency (High E.E.R)
It is established , when air conditioning the room / area for telephone exchange and
data processing, the amount of heat load is very high as much as 6-10 times the amount
of heat load of comparable area used in commercial offices for comfort cooling.
The high heat generating equipment in data center / exchange has changed the
philosophy and configuration of design air conditioning solution.
To fulfill the requirements of new technology applied in data center, SABRO has
designed a series of precision air conditioning equipment which guarantees optimum
regulation of temperature providing correct distribution, filtration, cooling ,and humidity
control for the modern equipment in high load IT environment.

To control the precise temperature, SABRO precision air conditioning units are
designed with sophisticated microprocessor controller. This controller is also able to
react promptly to any major change in heat load and temperature.
The sophisticated electronic equipment installed in the room must be protected both
from condensation in side the room and any static electricity charge. To protect the
equipment, it is essential to control the extremely accurate humidity level in the room; in
fact an excessively high humidity level can lead to condensate formation on the
electronic equipment, whereas if the humidity level is too low there is a danger of a build
up of static electricity [R.H. <30%] .Both conditions are potentially harmful to the
electronic equipment and must be prevented and avoided.
In order to guarantee high sensible heat ratio SABRO precision air conditioning units are
designed with specific high air flow rate. The rooms in which telephones of data based
equipment are installed require high air flow to cope with the excessive heat load.
Year-Round Operation,
The Lucre precision air conditioning range is designed to operate all the year in high
ambient temperatures. During design all the technical and procedural discussion is
made for the achievement of high degree of reliability for the equipment.

Energy Efficiency,

The SABRO precision air conditioners have been designed to operate round the year there fore it is
necessary to design the unit in such a way as to generate minimum electrical consumption in all
operating conditions in order to achieve maximum energy efficiency. The unit has been designed with
maximum heat exchange surface and viable fluid dynamics in order to reduce the electrical
consumption. All the models are designed with twin compressors to increase the energy efficiency at
partial load.
The main features of precision air conditioning are high sensible cooling capacity and high sensible ratio.
These features are very important in data base air conditioning application where heat load is mainly
sensible in this make.
The precision air conditioner differ from the similar equipment designed for comfort applications. SABRO
apply design and assemble precision equipment by using best quality reliable components .After
specification/design all the equipment is fully tested in the SABRO R&D center and subsequently in the
In SABRO precision air conditioners, with the accurate selection of components and high efficiency heat
exchanger, the low running cost is achieved.
Easy Installation, All components which are necessary for operation such as electrical controls of compressors,
refrigeration controls and safety controls are provided with all Indoor units. So only following are required
to be done for the operation of unit,

Year Round Performance,
The SABRO precision air- conditioning range is designed to operate all the year in high ambient
temperatures.During design all the technical and procedural discussion is made for the achievement of
high degree of reliability for the equipment. The research behind design of precision air conditioner
ensures conformity in the accurate selection of components for latest technology through accurate design
and strong analysis on the trends of room temperature, humidity generating precision and optimizing
energy consumption.
Cooling Coil
Hermetic Scroll / Compressor,
Evaporator Fan and Motor,
The DX cooling coils are designed with large face area and low air velocity in order to achieve
elevated sensible heat ratio (ESHR) and eliminating the water droplets to flow with the air. The
optimum design of cooling coil ensures efficient heat exchange during both cooling and
dehumidifying operation.
The coil is made of seamless copper tubes mechanically expended into aluminum fins.
The cooling coils are designed and built with independent refrigerant circuits. All coils are
pressure tested for leak at 450 PSIG (31 Kg /cm²) pressure under water.
A double wall insulated drain tray is provided to avoid risk of condensate droplets forming
outside the drain tray.
High efficiency latest scroll compressors are used in SABRO precision air-conditioning
equipment. These scroll compressors have following excellent features.
High efficiency ratio.
Unmatched reliability (70% fewer moving parts as compared to reciprocating
compressor)
Great capability at handling liquid and debris in the system
Integrated heat protection.
Low vibration level.
Reduced insurgent current.
Mounted inside at dedicated space separated from the air flow path which ensures
Monitoring during operation.
High efficiency forward curved centrifugal fans are provided. These fans are designed to give
specific air flow at low noise and power input. These fans are statically and dynamically balanced.
The fan motor is three phase with IP 54 protection and F class insulation. The fan motor can be
provided with UFD (optional).

The LUCRE precision air conditioner is designed with two independent
refrigeration circuits. Each refrigeration circuit contains following high quality components.
Hermetic scroll compressor
Liquid receiver with liquid line valve
Filter dryer having high moisture and acid removal capacity
Liquid sight glass and moisture indicator for the checking of the correct charging
of refrigerant and required humidity level.
Thermostatic expansion valve to control the superheat and refrigerant in to the evaporator coil
High pressure switch for the safety of compressor against abnormal high discharge
(manual reset type) pressure.
Low pressure switch for the safety of the compressor against abnormal low pressure and gas leakage.
Needle valve for measurement and gas charging.
Air cooled remote condenser with dual refrigeration circuit are designed. The air cooled condenser coil is
made with copper tubes expended in to aluminum fins. The condenser fans are propeller type direct
driven. The casing of remote condenser is made of galvanized steel sheet with weather resistant
Polyester powder paint. The remote condenser fans are provided with low ambient controls for the
correct operation during winter month.Anti corrosion treatment on condenser coil fins are available on

Finned electrical heater with safety are provided. The heater capacity is divided in two stages to
keep less electrical consumption. The two stages result in excellent temperature regulations
according to need of rooms to be conditioned. This heating element is used for two purposes
Heating the air to bring it up to the set position.
Reheating during the dehumidification.
The electrical control panel is provided separate from the air flow.
The electrical control panel is consisting of following electrical components.
Main circuit breaker. Magnetic contactor for evaporator fan motors.
Magnetic contactor for condenser fan motors. Thermal overloads for motors and
Compressors.
Power monitor.
The control panels are methodically tested to check the continuity of protection circuit, the
Dust or any other particles can adversely effect data communication operations as well as the
equipment its self, thus, high quality filtration & maintenance is affected, so as we apply our best
design and high efficiency synthetic filters
The infrared steam humidifier is built of a stainless steel box, infra red heating rods, water intake
and delivery valves and maximum, medium and low level sensors. Proportional control of humidifier
operation (achieved by controlling the functions of infrared heating rods and relevant solenoid valves)
guarantees perfect efficiency of system, energy saving and greater durability of components. Unit's
micro processor control indicates when infrared heating rods are to be switched on or switched off.
Maximum steam capacity production is adjustable within range of values of between 10 and
15 kg/h which can be selected manually.Infrared humidifiers create vapor by using infrared immersion
heating rods to heat water stored in a collection steel box. The process is faster and more precise
than that used by ordinary steam humidifiers.

The SoC inside the Lucre PLC incorporates four sets of hardware high-speed pulse width modulation outputs with a maximum frequency of 184.32KHz and 18.432KHz with resolutions of 1% and 0.1%, respectively. Different from the PWM function operated by software alone in other brands of PLC, the hardware driven high-speed PWM in the Lucre PLC operates with high precision and stability which provides the user easy control with precise accuracy.PLC's design incorporates a “System on Chips“(SoC) developed in-house.The chip consists of over 120,000 gates which integrates powerful features such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), Hardware Logic Solver (HLS), five high-speed communication ports, four sets of hardware high-speed counters / timers, four axes of high-speed pulse outputs for NC positioning control (with linear interpolation or dynamic tracking) 16 high-speed interrupts or captured inputs. The Lucre-PLC has more than 300 instructions which adopts a user friendly and readable multi-input/multi-output function structure, with multi-input instruction structure can derive many types of functionality which other brands of PLC's may require the use of many instructions to achieve this. Also the operation result can be directly sent to internal or external outputs. To increase the program readability, the inputs or outputs for each function instruction have their own mnemonic symbol attached and the content of each operand is also displayed. For high-end applications, such as PLC networking (LINK), PID control and NC positioning etc, the PLC provides dedicated convenient instructions to assist in program development
Via the five high-speed communication ports included in the SoC, Lucre's PLC's communication capability is outstanding with all five ports operating at a maximum speed of 921.6Kbps. Communications can be achieved using ASCII code or the double-speed binary code. Along with standard protocol, Modbus ASCII/RTU/TCP or user-definable protocol are also available. The PLC also provides the option of six different communication boards and eight different communication modules for various types of communication applications. With their high speed and functionality the FBs-PLC has the greatest number of communication ports than any other PLC in its class. Each communication port comes standard with LED indicators for transmission (TX) and reception (RX) to enable the user to monitor the operation.
The Lucre-PLC as standard has up to 4 sets of hardware high-speed counters (HHSC) and 4 sets of software high-speed counters (SHSC). The highest counting frequency of a HHSC is 200 KHz (MC) or 920 KHz (MN). Each HHSC also has a clear and mask function. There are 8 counting modes including U/D, U/Dx2, P/R, P/Rx2, A/B, A/Bx2, A/Bx3 and A/Bx4 which makes the HHSC very powerful and efficient. For example, if the encoder, running at 200 pulses per revolution, adopts A/Bx4 mode the FBs-PLC can achieve the same result that a 800 pulses per revolution encoder can provide. The counter is implemented in the hardware so as not to occupy CPU processing time.

NC Position Control is incorporated into the SoC of the FBs-PLC which integrates PLC+NC control into one unit in order for resources sharing and reducing the need of data exchange. The NC position control adopts special positioning command language, which allows programming by mechanicalor electrical units and changing control parameters during execution. One single unit has up to four axes outputs with a maximum frequency of 200KHz (MC) or 920KHz (MN) and equipped with multi-axial linear interpolation and dynamic tracking. If combined with the four sets of built-in HHSC, it can achieve positioning control with closed loop precision.
The PLC is the only PLC in this class providing 0.1mS high-speed timers (the PLC having one 16-bit and 4 sets of 32-bit HST). Currently, the fastest time base of high speed timers used in other brands of PLC's is 1mS. By incorporating the interrupt function of the PLC the accuracy of 0.1mS time base high-speed timer of FBs-PLC is further enhanced and can easily achieve more precise speed detection or can be used as a frequency meter. In most cases, expensive speed detection equipment can be replaced

Each compressor is protected by built-in overloads, manually reset high and low refrigerant pressure switches.

Condenser
The A.C units unit are constructed from suitably sized copper pipes.
The condensing units are able to operate on out side ambient temperatures of -15 0 C to 55 0 C.
The condenser fans ar e directly driven by electric motors, the motor shall be able to work on ± 20% of its operational voltages. The bidder shall state the working voltage and RPM of the motor.

Miscellaneous Features and Information (For Compliance)
We are responsible to provide the maintenance support up to ten years from the date of Provisional Acceptance Testing (PAT).
We are responsible for the provision of spare parts of offered A.C Units up to 20 years.
We are respon sible to repair, paint and any other HVAC/electrical damages during installation of A.C units to maintain the outlook of Clienst premises/installations.
Warranty
Warranty period minimum of 14 months and can be provided up to 5 years
We are responsible to replace the faulty units or faulty parts during warranty period free of cost.
Training
we can arrange one week training at our own premises, expenses/expenditures for minimum of 20 people to acquaint all parts of A.C unit and demonstrate t heir operation & maintenance procedure.
