Transmission Operator Consolidated Edison of New York August 2007 – July 2012 Supervised the operation of the electric and steam transmission systems to ensure that New York City

had a reliable electricity and steam supply. Executed power production savings programs to reduce energy supply costs by millions of dollars per

year.

Performance Technician Consolidated Edison of New York July 2005 – August 2007 Performed engineering analysis on all major electric and steam production systems at the East River

Power Station to optimize plant efficiency and provide maintenance recommendations. Designed and built a gas analysis system to test boiler efficiency. This saved Con Edison over one

hundred thousand dollars in purchasing a custom system from a vendor.
