During this lunch and networking event, we will discuss the legislative risks involved in managing an oil and gas supply chain. This will include regulatory implications, the cost of non-compliance and how to mitigate these risks.

Joining us today is Steve Johnson, Supply Chain Lead, at Teekay, one of the world’s largest marine energy transportation, storage and production companies. Steve will give a balanced view on some of the steps that can be taken to mitigate regulatory and other risk within supply chains, drawing on his experiences and challenges across the different tiers of the supply chain within the industry.

Fran Hutchison, Associate, Brodies LLP

Fran specialises in corporate crime and investigations, with more than six years of experience advising clients on all aspects of corpo-rate compliance. Based in Aberdeen, Fran has significant experience advising clients operating in the oil & gas sector with particular expe-rience advising on: mergers and acquisitions, enforcement notices, offshore incidents such as gas releases or fatalities, and liaison with regulators.
