CHEF/OWNERS BRIAN & LAURA

Laura and Brian met while working at Rezaz in 2012. Brian, the sous chef, had worked his way up through the ranks of Asheville kitchens and Laura, the pastry chef, who had been classically trained all over the globe, quickly fell in love. In 2015 they celebrated their marriage in the restaurant with the longtime owner, Reza Setayesh, hosting and cooking. In July of 2015, Brian and Laura were able to purchase the restaurant from Reza. Since then, Brian and Laura have brought their unique, Pan Mediterranean Cuisine to the hungry masses in Asheville to much acclaim and success.
