BANK PORTAL:1. The bill number, date

and the total amount ofthe RPU will becaptured by the portal.

2. The taxpayer will verifythe information and logon their bank acct userand password.

3. The portal will generatea confirmation number.

4. The taxpayer can printor take note of theconfirmation number.

Proceed to the Manila City Hall, Tax Payers’ Lounge, mezzanine on the next

working day and present confirmation number to the releasing window. / Official

Receipt will be sent via postal mail under your registered name and

address.

STEP BY STEP ONLINE PROCEDURE

• Visit the City Government of Manila’s website at www.Manila.Gov.Ph and click Real Property Tax ONLINE on the secondary menu.

Click on the Proceed Transaction below to be redirected to the RPT online Application.

REAL PROPERTY TAX

On the RPT ONLINE Application, for new users, click on register as a new userto register. For users who have previously registered online, enter your user name and password.

For new users, fill out the form to register. Note that only one valid emailaccount and user name per taxpayer is allowed for RPT.

After registration, the system will send an account confirmation to your emailand the user should confirm and again be redirected to the RPT ONLINEApplication.

Log-in your user name and password.

By clicking the arrow beside the PIN, Property Ownership, Assessment andLedger (payment history) can be viewed.

After building up real property records, proceed and click to Bills Payment forthe selection of real property unit to be billed.

Indicate the year and mode of payment when selecting the real propertyaccounts.

After selecting the RPUs, billing information dialog box will show the amountof RPUs.

By clicking the arrow beside the PIN, basic information and amount of theRPU can be viewed.

Click on Print eStatement to have a hard copy of the billing.

For Online Banking, click on the Online payment tool bar to generate the paymentverification details consist of Bill Number, Bill Date and Total Amount.
