The passage contract in use, when issued,shall constitute the sole contract between the company(ies) and the passen-ger and/or purchaser of this trip.ASSOCIATION'S DISCLAIMER-The Association is not the Tour Operator.Travelers, whether alumni or not, must be members if occupying their ownroom. The Association is not responsible for changes of flight times, farechanges, dishonor of airline, hotel or car-rental reservations, delays, losses,injuries, inconveniences, cessation of operations, airline or tour operatorbankruptcies, acts of God, or any other event beyond our control. TheAssociation acts only as an independent contractor and not as a principal,agent or joint venture for the airline, hotel, car-rental company, cruise lineand/or tour operator named in brochure. As a result, the Association is notresponsible for their acts or omissions. The Association acts only as agent forthe participants with respect to travel services, and it shall not be responsiblefor changes of flight times, fare changes, dishonor of airline, hotel or otherreservations, injury, damage, loss of baggage, accidents or for the acts ordefaults of any person or entity engaged in conveying participants or in carry-ing out other arrangements of the tour. Further, the Association shall not beresponsible for losses or additional expenses of the participant due to sick-ness, weather, strike, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, quarantine, acts of God,or other causes beyond its control. The Association shall not be responsiblefor alteration in the itinerary as deemed necessary for carrying out the tourand the right is reserved to substitute hotels of similar quality. The right isfurther reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure, in which case theentire payment may be refunded without further obligation on its part. Theright is also reserved to decline to accept or to retain any person as a mem-ber of the tour should such person's health, actions or general deportmentimpede the operation of the tour or the rights or welfare of the other partici-pants. No refund will be made for the unused portion of any tour. Applicantsfor participation on this tour accept in full all of the conditions set forthabove.CANCELLATION-All cancellations for any reason will be subject to a $350 perperson administrative fee. You may choose, at the time of cancellation, toapply the withheld administrative fee to a future AHI Travel program that willoperate in the current calendar year or year following. Cancellation from 120days to 76 days prior to departure will result in forfeiture of 10% of the entirecost of the trip per person; 75-30 days, 50% of the trip cost per person; can-cellation from 29 days up to the time of departure will result in 100% forfei-ture of the entire cost of the trip. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS AVAIL-ABLE. AN APPLICATION WILL BE SENT AFTER YOU RESERVE. All cancella-tions must be submitted in writing to AHI Travel.
